• The rooms were nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable and everyone was pleasant.
• It was a little difficult to locate because you had to go down a street and look up for the sign. Once we were there it wasn't a problem.

• Very comfortable bed.
• Way too much chlorine in hot tub.

“Comfortable bed and clean room. Room had a connecting door to the next room. This was a nightmare! We heard everything that went on in that room. The hot tub had too much chlorine in it. We were red and itchy for several hours after getting out of it. Not to mention that it ruined out bathing suits. Two things we learned, never accept a room with a connecting door and test the hot tub with your hand before submerging your entire body. Not the best experience. But, we have stayed at the hotel before and did not hear the people next door. So, we will return, but we will never accept a room with a connecting door again.”

• Nice, fairly large rooms; hot tub; comfortable bed.

“I would gladly stay here again. The room was nice and clean. We stayed on the first floor, so our sliding glass door just opened up to the flowerbed outside, but the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms had small balconies.”

• The room was nice and cool when I got there.
• Did not have a free breakfast, even motel 6 has that.

“I guess I was there at a bad time. They were paving the parking lot, made it hard to get around. They had a breakfast buffet but charged $9.95 to eat there. You can pretty much get free breakfast at any hotel these days. Would not want to stay there again.”

• A little difficult to access, but right off a main north/south access was great.

• The hotel was more than we could have asked for and the location was great.
• Could not smoke on balcony.

“Even though we could not smoke on our balcony the location was great and the staff were friendly. The hotel even had computers downstairs with printers so we could print driving directions. I would definitely stay again.”

• It was comfy and clean. My top two priorities.

• Great pool access, comfortable rooms.
• They have a breakfast buffet. It should be included with the stay.

“No continental breakfast and no coffee pot in rooms. When I went to the lobby to get myself some the thermos was dry and stayed dry. The breakfast was $9.99 per person with 6 people in my family this was not economical for us. So I had hungry upset kids and no coffee to keep me sane, which made no one want to get up to shower and leave. Overall was a great hotel, and nice staff. Clean comfortable rooms. I was not disappointed with the condition of the hotel however wished they could be more reasonable with their food prices. Another great quality was the pool outside did not close until 11:00 PM, my kids were happy to swim in the dark.”

“We had problems with other guest making noise 2 AM. I called the desk twice but the noise continued for 2-3 hours. The desk said that they would take care of it but never did anything. As a result we got very little sleep.”

• Two beds with 5 pillows each; Granite vanity; rolling desk in room; patio to pool; clean whirlpool.
• The 'wireless' does not work in every room so you must have a computer that can be 'wired' (i.e., no Mac Airs!).

“This location was so incredible that if we had not had airline tickets for the next day we would have definitely stayed two nights. We were able to wash our clothes (no need to repack dirty ones when for a couple of bucks we could wash and dry right there), swim, go in the Jacuzzi, print our boarding passes at the business center near the front desk and walk to dinner at Cracker Barrel next door. The only bump, and it was minor, was that the wireless internet was not available in all rooms. They did have wired access but we had a Mac Air with us which has no connection for wired. Not the end of the world, however, since there is a free-of-charge 2-computer, 2-laser printer business center beside the front desk which served our purposes of a quick e-mail check and printing our boarding passes.”

“The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The checked me in very quickly and put me in a room on the top floor so I wouldn't be disturbed by other travelers.”

• Sliding glass door in my room that opened onto a parking lot. No WiFi.

“I cannot believe this is a two or two and one half star hotel. The room had a sliding glass door that opened onto the parking lot, like a Holiday Inn from the seventies. The air conditioner looked and sounded like it was purchased at the motel 6 surplus sale. Not very close to the airport, plus hard to find if you are an out of Towner. No WiFi. Although I was disappointed in the hotel itself. The staff was nice and friendly and I have no complaint about them.”

• A/C needs work; shower backed water up to ankles-very slow drain.

“Exterior was very pleasant and appeared to be well maintained. The buffet breakfast was very good, if perhaps a little pricey. At checkout, when I reported the problems listed above, the staff indicated they would be investigated and corrected.”
