• Good location, especially liked the enclosed courtyard (pool) etc VERY NICE

• The pool wasn't open long enough.

• The staff was friendly and accomodating, even at 10:00 at night
• The size of the beds...only full size

• The service was great! Anything we needed, we got in less than 5 min., including a refrigerator at no cost.

• A/C needs work; shower backed water up to ankles-very slow drain.

“Exterior was very pleasant and appeared to be well maintained. The buffet breakfast was very good, if perhaps a little pricey. At checkout, when I reported the problems listed above, the staff indicated they would be investigated and corrected.”

• I wasn't able to reserve a king bed in a non smoking room but that is minor.

• location wasn't bad
• it was not very clean.

“Again, the location isn't bad, a little difficult to actually get too the hotel parking lot, though. However, the bathroom of my room was not very clean.”

• The location of the hotel was perfect and the room was spacious!
• No continental breakfast...that's always an added convenience.

“We had a pleasant stay, with plenty of space in the room and a nice balcony area. There is a 'restaurant' available at this hotel, but no breakfast provided with the stay. Again, this is just an added bonus for busy travelers!”

• Wakeup call did not work. Almost missed flight.

“The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were of adequate size and the staff was courteous. However, I requested a wake-up call and it never came. I almost missed my flight due to this error. Make sure you set your alarm.”

• I got more help from the maid in the hall than from the desk clerk. The hotel itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.

• A little far removed from airport, was not a problem though.

• Extremely quiet and clean. Very comfortable bed.
• Difficult getting in touch with front desk. Was turned away for breakfast before closing time.

“This is a lovely hotel, very clean and well maintained. I would stay there again. It was easy to find and very accessable from the highway but still very quiet.”

• Older facilities, thin mattress; we expected more from a 2 and 1/2 star motel.
