“The bathroom tub could use a face lift and a good cleaning.The bed was squeeky yet comfortable, the room was spacious and the staff was friendly. We did not spend very much time there so thats really all we can say.”

• Large comfortable rooms, staff was wonderful, child friendly.
• No complaints my son and I had a wonderful break from our everyday life at Hyatt Place.

“It was a wonderful break for my 9 year old son and myself before the start of a new school year. The staff was friendly and helpful, never imposing on our privacy. The hotel offered us everything we could have needed on our stay.”

• The price was excellent.

“The staff was friendly and the rooms were large with a great TV. Breakfast was nice, the pool was clean with plenty of extra towels. This was our third stay at a Hyatt and we will stay again.”

• I stayed at this hotel for the OK City marathon the staff went above my expectations.
• Can not complain about anything.

“This hotel is close to the airport and downtown. The rooms were awesome with comfortable seating area, big screen TV, fridge, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• Huge rooms.
• The breakfast was an absolute joke.

“This is a modern, cool hotel. The rooms are extremely big. They have a corner sofa, small bar area with a refrigerator, and a desk/work area. The only thing that is not up to par is the breakfast. There is nothing much to speak of on the breakfast. They have a starbucks on site and I think they are wanting to sell Starbuck's food items. Otherwise, this hotel couldn't be better.”

• It was actually very neat and comfortable.

“This hotel was amazing, right down to the little bar soap with the bumps on it! It was very nice, had a very large flat-screen TV and couch with pull-out sleeper. Overall, not one complaint. Would love to stay again.”

• Front desk outlook and the friendliness of the people.
• Not clean and room has some kind of moldy odor.

“This is a good solo business traveler. The location is very close to airport and in walking distance to dinning places. It provides a very simple continental breakfast (bread, bagle and some fruits). It is very good for one night business travel but do not expect more than that. Hyatt took over this hotel not too long ago and renovated the hotel. However, there is still some area that shows the age of the hotel. Our room has some kind of moldy odor and dusty. One of the light bold on its light feature is dead and needs to be replaced. The fan in the bathroom is very loud. However, overall it is still a good one night solo business traveler hotel.

“The hotels in Bricktown have become way over priced. I'll stay at this hotel and take a limo to Bricktown and still be money ahead! There is plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Not much night life right by the hotel but again, it's just a taxi or limo to Bricktown 5 miles down the road.”

• Lots of fruit flies and there wasn't any food in the room.

• Close to airport and restaurants. Had shuttle service to airport. Huge 42" flat screen in the room.
• Limited parking in front of the hotel, but the steak bar's parking lot provided ample overflow.

“Very pleased with the staff and proximity to the airport and variety of restaurants in the immediate area. Nice to have immediate shuttle service and loved the 42" HD television in the room.”

• The lobby/bistro area was nice.
• Very plain room; satellite was out; very basic clean motel-like hotel.

“This is a self check-in; do it yourself kind of hotel. Do not let the name fool you. It is more like a Comfort-Inn or other 2 star motels. The decorations were very contemporary and space aged not very warm feeling. Closet was very small. TV was fabulous. Bring your game systems if you have kids. They would love the TV. Bed was comfortable but not luxurious. Room was clean but carpet was stained. Coffee was good but free breakfast was very limited.”

• The morning staff that was on duty August 11, 2008.
• Outside pool, no smoking, broken lights on flag.

“They are a no smoking facility and have no accommodations for smokers! No spa/whirlpool, the pump and filter on the pool weren't on or weren't working. I guess I expected more from a Hyatt. From now on, I think I'll just stay with Baymont or Fairfield Hotels.”

• It was the nicest looking and best equipped room I have stayed in. Great beds, huge flat screen TV, fridge, etc.
• I liked it all. Only thing better would be an indoor pool and hot tub.

“The hotel was conveniently located. The room was very nice with two sinks a large flat screen TV, very comfortable beds, and a large couch that folded into another bed. Everything was very clean and the staff was great. The free breakfast included cereal, toast, bagels, fruit etc. I have had better breakfast at some hotels, but I could not have been much happier overall. Only downside is no indoor pool or hot tub.”

• The room was spacious enough having our teenager with us.
• Were not taken care of when we first got to the front desk.

“The air conditioner did not work in the room that they gave us and it was 98 degrees in OKC, but after by husband spoke to the front desk, they had someone come fix it. Otherwise, our room was sufficient for our weekend stay.”

• The rooms were extremely nice and comfortable. The staff was excellent and very informative.
• Nothing. Top notch hotel!

“Check in was fast. The staff changed the room from a king to 2 queen beds without hesitation. The pool was clean and refreshing. The rooms were amazing. Very nicely appointed with sofa, refrigerator, 42 in. plasma television, and a "5 star" bed and linens. Wake up call was right on time. The lobby was very modern in decor with a little bar/serving star bucks, alcohol and light foods. Very quaint and inviting. The hotel provided shuttle service to the airport which was very quick and professional. Excellent hotel and very well staffed. Will recommend this hotel to anyone and am looking forward to staying at the Hyatt Place Oklahoma city airport again.”

• The appearance, clean.
• Service -- room by elevator very noisy all hours day and night.

“The look of the hotel was impressive, the room was very nice, but services were not ok or on the in room brochure. Thinking we could get food as it states anytime day or night in the guest kitchen. We did not eat before returning to our room only to find out the kitchen closed at 10:00. We had to load up 5 children at 10 PM and go out to find food. I had to call for security, because teenagers were hanging around the elevator and being very noisy at 10 pm both nights. The toilet stopped up, the air conditioner was so loud we turned it off. This hotel is a very pretty package, but once you open the package--its very disappointing.”

• This is a super nice hotel for the price.
• No microwave in the rooms.

“They were super nice and even showed us around on check in. Each morning the hotel staff heated my daughter's breakfast for her as she has a special meal she eats during competitions and takes to the tournament with her.”

• We really liked the size of the room and the large TV.
• The air conditioner had a really loud hum; we requested a king but were given a double. Poor access to the pool, had to go through lobby.

“Although we requested a king and got a double, the room was large and clean so made the air conditioner hum bearable. The pool was only accessible through the main lobby and wished there had been more umbrellas and chairs. The breakfast area was small so had to go back to room to eat. Overall, we were pleased with the room and the location of the hotel.”

• No area information, no TV guide, no microwave.

“Our room was clean, comfortable with and a nice sofa, a big TV. But the channel selection was limited and there was no TV guide. There was wireless access for a laptop that worked fine. There is a small refrigerator, but no microwave, however, they let us heat our leftovers from dinner in the employee break room. There was no information in our room about the Oklahoma City area, no phone book, no Bible and no vending machines in the hotel. If you want a candy bar, you are out of luck.”

• The decor was pretty and comfortable. Staff were friendly.
• The pool was dirty and located in the front of the hotel. Beds were uncomfortable.

“Overall this hotel was great for the trip. The decor was attractive and pleasant. On the downside the pool was dirty and located in the front of the hotel. We did not like how we had to go through the front lobby to swim or go back to room.”

• They arranged for us to stay at another hotel and provided transportation.

“We were not due to arrive in Oklahoma City until midnight. Our flight was delayed, so my husband called them at 10pm to let them know we would be getting in later, they assured him we would have a room with them. However, upon arrival, they told us that due to computer problems from a thunderstorm they had a couple of days earlier; we did not have a room. They did put us up is the Marriot and said they'd reimburse us (which we haven't gotten yet).”

• Cooler stopped working maybe due to severe rains storm.

• The room was very large, I loved the 42 inch plasma TV, and the large l shaped sofa, free WiFi, refrigerator. My daughter loved the pool.
• The continental breakfast was very limited.

“Everything was great. Room was great, lobby was very nice, great 42 inch flat screen TV, wireless, nice large room, the bed separated from the living area by a nice partition going all the way to the ceiling, nice big living area. Big L shaped sofa. Nice furniture, fridge. outdoor pool.”
