• The decor was pretty and comfortable. Staff were friendly.
• The pool was dirty and located in the front of the hotel. Beds were uncomfortable.

“Overall this hotel was great for the trip. The decor was attractive and pleasant. On the downside the pool was dirty and located in the front of the hotel. We did not like how we had to go through the front lobby to swim or go back to room.”

• They arranged for us to stay at another hotel and provided transportation.

“We were not due to arrive in Oklahoma City until midnight. Our flight was delayed, so my husband called them at 10pm to let them know we would be getting in later, they assured him we would have a room with them. However, upon arrival, they told us that due to computer problems from a thunderstorm they had a couple of days earlier; we did not have a room. They did put us up is the Marriot and said they'd reimburse us (which we haven't gotten yet).”

• Comfortable bed w/ lots of pillows.
• Cooler stopped working maybe due to severe rains storm.

“Pleasant staff that responded well to a series of issues re severe weather. Clean comfortable room with big screen TV. Coffee provided was good. 12 pm checkout good for late sleepers.”

• The room was laid out well, huge flat screen and comfy bed.
• Hot in public areas of the hotel; loud construction.

• The room was very large, I loved the 42 inch plasma TV, and the large l shaped sofa, free WiFi, refrigerator. My daughter loved the pool.
• The continental breakfast was very limited.

“Everything was great. Room was great, lobby was very nice, great 42 inch flat screen TV, wireless, nice large room, the bed separated from the living area by a nice partition going all the way to the ceiling, nice big living area. Big L shaped sofa. Nice furniture, fridge. outdoor pool.”

• They told us breakfast ended at 11:00 but it ended at 10:00 and we missed it.

• Great room, very clean, very modern, big screen TV, computer friendly was an awesome stay.
• Room was right next to elevator was noisy especially late at night.

“Overall stay was great! Modern! Clean! Big screen TV in room! Easy connections for video games and laptop. Down side room was next to elevator could be a problem for a light sleeper. Restaurant was more like bad cafeteria. Do not recommend eating there.”

• The room arrangement was very nice, mini suite type.

“Clean, friendly, nice breakfast bar, nice mini deli to purchase extra's easily. Quiet and the room layout was very comfortable, as well as the king size bed. Couldn't complain about anything.”

• Computer check in did not work-had to try 2 times and finally check in with hotel staff.

“The room was very spacious, clean and had nice eye appeal. TV - 42" flat screen was great, wireless for computer in room.”

• Room was large, clean, modern, and comfortable.
• Can't think of a single thing we didn't like.

“Our family of 6 stayed at the Hyatt Place for two nights. Our room was spacious, plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 children. The breakfast was excellent, the room had every amenity we could need. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Wonderful stay, wish every hotel was as nice as this one was!”

• The staff was very helpful and professional.
• The hotel was somewhat difficult to find and get to due to the traffic.

“The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The accommodations were wonderful haven't slept so well in a motel in a long time. Continental breakfast was very basic, though the serving area was spotless and kept very clean. Most other guests were business people so the hotel was very quiet and peaceful.”

• What was not to like, super comfy bed, big HDTV.
• The only negative I could find was noisy bathroom fan.

• The pool is located outside.

“If I could live in this hotel I would. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely be staying at this hotel every time we come into Oklahoma City. I will recommend this hotel to everyone that needs a room in OKC. The staff was extremely nice and helped us with everything we needed.”

“Great room layout with a separate living room area. Plenty of space. Very quiet. It would be an excellent layout for a business traveler. The hotel offered a nice breakfast and also deli selections later in the day. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“Staff of this hotel are well trained, friendly and attentive to the needs of guests. Room more than met my expectations in comfort, convenience, space. Large room, great bed, comfortable sofa, 42" LCD TV. Great continental breakfast, Starbuck's coffee, fresh fruit, muffins, toaster that was efficient. Highly recommend Hyatt Place, OKC.”

• The 42" plasma TV was great. The breakfast was healthy and delicious.
• They didn't have phone books in the rooms and only one at the front desk to borrow.

• One television in a 'suite' setting.

“We got these two rooms at a fantastic rate, which was very valuable to us, because we were four of the 'victims' of the Oklahoma city power outage due to ice storms. We have very little money, but my elderly in laws live with us, and we needed a warm, safe place for them to live where we could be close by. We loved the modern design, especially in their 'handicap friendly' room.”

• Beautiful lobby area room a comfort zone, relaxing, cozy and quite, great TV.
• Where we had to park, light not great and bathroom had hair on floor, not ours and only 1 wash cloth each night for 2.

“Loved the large size room, will stay again. Treated with friendly informed staff, felt at home. A very positive stay. The minor couple or three things wrong would not keep us from a return visit. Will recommend to family and friends.”

“A nice change for this type of hotel. Nice, modern decor. The bed was good and the large flat screen TV was nice. I was given a room with a handicap bathroom. The lighting was poor. Overall a pleasant surprise though.”

• Very spacious like a small apt. It felt like there were 2 rooms.
• The front desk staff could be a little friendlier, and the shower was a little slippery.

“I loved that it had a little partition in the room. It made it feel like there were 2 separate rooms. My husband loved the huge HDTV flat screen, and I loved the separate living quarters of the l shaped couch and the desk with the big leather chair. I did not like the shower, just because it was too slippery and I almost slipped and fell. Other that that, we were both satisfied with our stay.”

• The coffee bar.
• Still had old carpet from the remodel in the halls and elevators.

“Very nice design. If this had been a new building, this would have been perfect. However, this was a renovated hotel, so there were some signs of age, such as the elevators and old carpet still in the halls and elevators. The coffee bar and fresh food offerings were great!”

• I liked the hotel and room atmosphere. Room key was used with ease to purchase food from the dining area.
• We traveled with two kids it wasn't kid friendly. I would recommend this Hotel for business travel and business meetings.

• I loved the wide-screen HD TV and the couch/office area and refrigerator.
• Construction on Meridian made getting on and off the Interstate difficult.
