• Our air-conditioner was not working very well and it may not have got fixed. Weather out side got cooler.

“We love Embassy Suites but the air conditioner in our didn't work well, so we called the front desk and they said they would send up maintenance. We waited for a while but no one came, so we went on with our trip plans. The weather change for the cooler so I'm not sure if it ever got fixed, it was better the second night. This is the 3rd time that we have have air problems at Embassy suites.”

• Excellent staff & room configuration.
• Living room TV did not work.

“Excellent hotel. The large front windows were a little unsettling, especially with 2 young children in the room, but overall the room was amazing. The living room TV did not work, but we were so tired that it really didn't matter that much. The bed was really comfortable and I fell asleep very quickly. The breakfast buffet was amazing! That was the highlight of the trip.”

• We were able to sleep 5 people to a room.
• I would like to have had larger beds.

“The Embassy Suites is a nice place to stay. The staff is friendly and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. When we asked for extra blankets they delivered them to very promptly. They did everything in their power to make us happy and comfortable. The hotel was very nice and offered us another room with a king bed right next to ours without having to pay for it. I will stay at this hotel again in the future.”

• Like the size of the rooms.
• Getting old, parking spaces are too small (not enough room between cars).

“We have stayed at embassy suites many times throughout the years and it is a good hotel. It is getting older and could be updated though. I definitely feel it is priced too high for its current condition.”

• The location was great, as it is close to will Rogers¿s airport and brick town.
• The drinks end at 7:30 on Saturday and I don¿t start until 9:00.

“Very clean, great location, convenient dining and lounge area, all around a great place to stay/.”

• The hotel was quiet when it came time to sleep.
• The location from the city.

“The hotel was nice but I don't think I would stay there more then one night there is not a lot to do close to the motel.”

• The free breakfast was nice, and room size was good.
• Staff did not keep their word.

“Hotel was nice. Our TV didn't work first day and half of 2nd day. They did not. Rented a game on TV that froze after first game. Called front desk and they said they would not charge us for the game. We were still charged.”

• The space and facilities were very good.
• The heater would not turn off. The room was too hot!

“The stay would have been allotted well if the heater in the room would turn off. Even when the a/c was turned on the air was still hot.”

• Clean, great setup as far as the rooms and friendly staff!
• Construction on the road in front of hotel.

“Great location for our event downtown. Very clean and friendly staff. Nice workout room and great breakfast!”

• Beautiful lobby, friendly staff.
• Room a bit disappointing, beds not made neatly (blankets crooked, lumped bedding).

• Nice hotel, very clean hotel staff was very helpful in finding location to sight see , very quite got a lot of rest, and I will tell others .
• Can not say anything bad about it ,everything was good.
