- The bar was nice.
- Parking was confusing and expensive.
“The beds were very uncomfortable. Bathroom was not very nice and had a torn shower curtain. Coffee maker did not work well. Bellhops never to be found. Hotel bar staff was nice and fun. Good experience there. Would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone.”

- The room was wonderful - clean, peaceful - with a great bed and TV for a relaxing!
- The breakfast buffet was over-priced for the selection and quality of food provided.
“Overall, our stay was a great experience. The room and pool area were wonderful. My only critique would be in regards to our dining experience. I felt it was completely over-priced for the quality and selection.”

- Very appealing spaces, nice bar, friendly staff.
- Not a good outdoor walking/running area but it has a nice exercise room.

- Ease to get to and parking.
- The hallway carpet was extremely dirty on the 2nd floor. Not appealing.

- Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.
- Parking fees; internet usage fees.
“The staff recognized that we were staying for an extended amount of time (11 days) and allowed us to check in early (so the kids could get a nap). The 11/day parking charge was overwhelming, but the manager actually cut me a break on the total parking bill since we were there for the better part of two weeks.”

worked well in room & ice machine was working.
- No toilet paper, scratchy sheets, and no refrigerator or microwave.
“Very disappointed. There was no toilet paper or extra rolls in the room. We had to pay for parking there was no free public parking. Sheets were scratchy probably low thread count.”

- The bathroom was so clean; it made me feel like I was the first guest in the room. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

- Room service was excellent! The lady was so super sweet, she bought us breakfast when it wasn't be served.
- Parking was not included in price and was expensive.
“Hotel was in a good location for business travelers because it is in such close proximity to the airport. Parking was $11 a night though. The room was clean and spacious. Service was friendly and helpful.”

- I enjoyed the friendly staff.
- I had to call and ask for toilet paper and there was only one tissue left in the box.
“My stay would have been excellent if attention to details would have been executed. Both rolls of toilet paper were practically empty, and when I used a tissue for a allergies, there was only one in the box so I had to use toilet paper (after I had to call guest services to send me some) on my nose for the rest of the weekend. Other than that, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.”

- Bed was comfortable.
- Bathroom had mold growing in it.
“Hotel staff was very unfriendly at best. No one was out front to greet guest. The front lobby had two people one was driving the shuttle bus. The other could care less. There was no valet and lots of signs that said shuttle bus parking all others to be towed away. Parking $11 with no attendant. Internet another $11 charge.”

- Nothing really stands out.
- Some of the hotel staff was unprofessional and one in particular was rude, another was highly inappropriate.
“I tried several items from the hotel menu, and overall the food was mediocore at best. There were some unprofessional hotel staff (and I'm not a difficult person). Overall, it was clean and seemed safe with no major issues except for with some of the hotel staff.”

- The beds & covers were wonderful!
- No free access to internet in room; $11.00 per day parking.
“Close to the airport and 5-7 miles from downtown Austin. Great location for conferences. However, I was upset over the additional $9.95 for internet in the room and an additional $11.00 to park--the park lot was huge and nearly empty. So whatever price you pay, add $20.00 per day for the amenities which are normally included in a standard room price. Also, the writing desk in the room was cracked at both forward sections on the table; we had to keep lifting the front legs up to support the desk.”

- The hotel staff was extremely unfriendly.
“My bed was terrible. It definately had a sever slope on it. It was difficult to stay on it without rolling off. There were little red fire ants in the bathroom. The hotel staff was so unapproachable, I didn't even feel it worthwhile to complain. The hotel doesn't have wireless internet inside the rooms making it impossible for two people to use the internet. The restaurant buffet for breakfast was very expensive and all of the food was either dried out or cold. Our waiter Adrian wasn't worth a flip either.”

“The kid at the front desk would not give me a key to the room even when my husband came down to get it for me. He insisted that I would need an ID in order to get a key. The room was in my husband's name. Kid at the front desk was tremendously rude and racist. I say this because there was a woman in front of me who lost her key and was not asked for an ID in order to get a replacement key. We do not appreciate the rude and impatient service that we received. Austin is a friendly city. However, Hilton needs to get rid of this kid. He really hurts the Hilton service reputation.”

- I liked the beautiful fresh decor and the high end toiletries.
- There were no non-smoking rooms available so we had to take a room on a smoking floor. Could sometime smell the smoke.
“Overall a very pleasant stay. Decor was fresh and attractive. We enjoyed the unusual architecture of the building. The hotel was very quiet, which was surprising, given it's location at the airport. Room service was prompt and the food delicious. Would recommend this hotel to others.”

- It is new, clean and close to the airport.
- This hotel is not close to downtown and is not in a pretty part of town. The restaurant is not good. The service, food and atmosphere are bad.
“This is a good hotel for business travel and it is clean and new. However, if you want the fun and excitement of Austin, you will be disappointed. It is isolated at the airport. Parking is $8 per night, water is $4 and you have to pay for internet access. Prepare to pay for EVERYTHING.”

- Rude front desk staff, bad maid service, pool not heated, they screwed up the billing.
“We were looking for a relaxing weekend, instead we had stress after stress. The hotel is pretty nice looking, but that's about it. The front desk people were rude, the pool was supposed to be heated, our key kept working and then they charged me twice after ward for the room and it took several calls to get it worked out.”

- Interior room was cool quite and dark. Great for getting caught up on some much needed rest.
- Poor water pressure, small bathroom, phone cost for local calls, parking cost, airport taxes, no complimentary breakfasts.
“Interior room was large, quite, cool, and dark. Great for catching up on some much needed rest. King size bed may have been one of the new smaller kings. Bathroom was small with very poor shower pressure. Plenty of hot water though. Very convenient for South Austin and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Expo the first weekend in October. Also worked great for jumping onto 183 and driving to North Austin. Missed having a complementary breakfast that lower cost hotels often have now days. I did not notice any places to eat nearby. Having to pay for local calls seems a little outrageous. And parking cost another 8$ per night. Oh, do not forget to add airport taxes to the bill. Overall, it was nice and quite and restful but cost more than anticipated.”

- Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Nice to be able to order from the menu at the bar till midnight.
- $8 nightly parking fee, but hey, who can complain?
“A very clean, pleasant, spacious airport hotel, not as far out of town as it might seem. Just a quick trip down Riverside Drive to all Austin downtown activities. It's a great place for UT parents who have kids in apartments on Riverside Drive. Thanks.”

“$4 bottle of water is a bit much. There was no fridge. Ice machine on our 3rd floor didn't work. I had to go to the 2nd floor. Valet parking stops at 9PM, and no valet parking on Sunday. I paid for valet parking but had to get my own car.”

- It is located right on the airport property.
- They charge $8 a night for your parked car.
“Hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was quite good. Late night drinks were good (although a bit expensive). The cleaning staff was quite friendly as was the check-in and check-out procedure and personnel. A very enjoyable stay.”

- 11 ft ceilings, great pool and spa.
- They charge for parking.
