• Location/clean.
• No shampoo, soaps, bed was hard as a rock.

• The manager and front desk clerk was amazing.
• I can not, I liked everything

“Great for a quick trip with not much time needing to be spent in the room. Perfect for just needing a place to stay for perhaps two or three days. But it served it purpose and I would us the hotel if needed in the future and if I need to send some clients/team members in that area.”

• I liked its location.
• I could not make it for my last 2 nights and they did nothing for me.

• I like the kitchenette, full size ice box. Quite in the hall when we stayed. Overall, good.
• Dirty floor in the hall. And I saw a roach in the bathroom.

“I would stay there again definitely. It saves on our food bill when we travel, having the kitchen. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the bed. Too hard like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The girls were really friendly at the front desk.”

“The rooms were comfortable. But they charged $10.00 to clean your room unless you have been there 7 days. Would like a room clean every other day.”

• It was conveniently located to all of the activities I had planned.
• The room was missing a few items like iron, cups.

“I thought the overall cleanliness was good. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions and got the items that I needed to make my stay more comfortable.”

• Easy access to interstate, able to cook in room.
• Floors were sticky in kitchen, floors dirty in halls, no coffee provided. They said there were out!

“For the price, we were happy. And that we could use a refrigerator and microwave. That helped with expenses. The front desk were not helpful. I asked for a package of coffee for the next morning and the clerk was evasive and not friendly. She said that they were out and didn't know when the truck would come. Weird. Overall, great for the price.”

• We were 3 people, but only bed for two. No accommodation could be made.

• Good location.
• Hotel had a strange odor. Laminate was falling off of the counters. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Blankets smelled very strange.

• The staff was friendly and tried to help.
• The rooms and furnishings were dirty and substandard.

“We were instructed upon check-in that there would be no housekeeping service if we stayed less than seven days, but if we needed clean towels or bedding, they would be happy to exchange it for us at the front desk. The room was not clean upon check-in, and there were several little things wrong with the room. When we notified the front, they said they were sorry, did not have another handicapped room available, and had no staff to come and clean the room over due to budget. They also did not have any additional pillows for the same reason. I had to carry my luggage to and from my room, as there was no bellman, and the sole luggage cart was broken. I probably will not stay at this hotel again.”

• I liked the location right off I-35. I also thought the front desk girl was very nice.
• The bed was honestly as hard as the floor. I actually slept in the chair next to the bed.

“I thought that it's clean and simple but the bed was horrible. The bed was so hard and had no give what so ever I ended up sleeping in the chair. When I asked the front desk girl if we could be moved, she said all the beds were that way. Another guest heard our conversation and said that the beds were so hard he pointed to the floor. That is my story in a nut shell. You couldn't pay me to stay there again. Oh and they gave a handicap room which was weird. And last but not least the shower came from the dollar store and you had to dance around the shower to get wet. Worst shower ever! But the front desk girl was nice to us so not all was bad.”

“We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned twice (bed not made, wet pile of towels in bathroom, used soap in shower, trash in trash cans, food containers on counter, etc.). The room we were finally given that had been cleaned, had torn bedding, stained carpet, the air had two settings, blazing hot or freezing cold, and a fire alarm on the ceiling that blinked all night. (No one is available at night to help. The front desk is closed.) Disappointing to say the least!”

• It wasn't far from where I needed to pick her up.
• Elevator wasn't working correctly, bed was hard.

“I had my mom stay here. The bed was hard, the elevator did not work going up, only down and the girl who checked us out. (if you want to call it being checked out) was a rude hateful girl. I wouldn't have my mom or anyone else stay at this Extended Stay again.”
