• Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, beds very comfortable, rooms very clean.
• Hot tub looked murky, breakfast hours end too early (9:30).

“Hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast selection was fresh and plentiful but I thought the breakfast hours ended a little early for weekend travel (9:30). The room was spacious, clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel.”

• Great location. It was very clean and the staff was great.
• The bed was kind of old and sagged in the middle, and breakfast was not hot.

• The hotel was beautiful, clean, quiet, and roomy.
• Everything was perfect - no problems at all.

“We were delighted with this hotel and pleasantly surprised at the price we paid to stay in such an upscale establishment. It seemed luxurious to us in every respect. Even the free breakfast was wonderful--hot food with numerous selections.”

• The Quality of the room for the price was excellent.
• The Hot tub did not work while we were there on our stay.

• Smooth and easy check-in. I was quickly in my room.
• Hotel is not readily visible from the access road. It is easy to miss.

• The staff was incredible, the room fantastic set up.
• Lack of seating for breakfast.

“I enjoyed the weekend tremendously, the staff worked together and made it a five star stay! Compare to other higher rated hotels this by far surpassed them. Thank you.”

• The room was gorgeous.
• There was not enough parking convenient to entrances.

• The breakfast buffet was very good. I am not a fan of continental breakfasts.

“My grand daughter got sick in the lobby, the desk clerk came right away to check on her, bringing paper towels and sanitizer. When the clerk saw that she was alright, she returned to the desk and came back with a stuffed bunny. I really appreciated her help and concern.”

• Accessible from I35, very clean, roomy, and comfortable.
• Dinning area too small, had to eat breakfast with plates on our laps. All tables were taken, even by people just conversing, not eating.

• It was friendly, clean and decorated nicely.
• I could hear the traffic from I35 when I was trying to sleep.

“I enjoyed my stay. It was a first at Residence Inn. I first thought it was apartments. I enjoyed the room, the setup, and the breakfast. If I had known about it earlier, I would have planned a longer stay, to be able to use all the amenities that go with the room.”

• They came in while I was gone and put slip proof lining in my bathtub, made a mess, and didn't clean up.

• The layout of the room was very functional.
• I was able to hear the noise of people from the hallway.

“I was very please with the hotel and the hotel staff. High speed internet connection allowed me the abilty to finish up work in a comfortable setting and having a kitchenette was very convenient.”

• I liked the way they tried to take care of their customers.
• I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

“They want your stay to be as homelike as possible. With a warm full breakfast. Laundry facilities on each floor. Their rooms are suites with a fully equipped kitchen. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would be staying in the area.”

• The suite had everything! Beautifully decorated, plenty of towels, etc. and the breakfast buffet was a FULL breakfast, not a continental.
• The Residence Inn suite was awesome! I'll certainly stay there again.

“In a great area a short walk from restaurants, Wal-Mart Super Center, easy access to expressway, and the staff was on top and ON POINT with everything. I simply walked in, presented my photo ID, and was given my keys. This check in process took all of 3 minutes! I kid you not! Simplest, quickest, easiest check in process I've ever encountered. Great breakfast, very nicely decorated, clean, well-maintained site. I will certainly stay there again.”

• We didn't use, but amazing they would do your grocery shopping!
• The breakfast buffet was not very good, there was absolutely no meat served.

“Nice, clean hotel with pleasant staff. The accommodations were good, particularly for a longer stay, and the mini kitchen allowed amenities of home.”

• Let me think hard.
• Staff's attitude, comfort.

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. All you get there really are 1) surprises 2) apologies. Nothing else. There is renovation going on the hotel and if you feel noisy, control yourself. Because even if you call front desk, they will say that they cannot do anything about it and you can do whatever you want to do (oops, I forgot, they'll say "I apologize"). In my case this is exactly what happened. They may move your belongings to any room they want without letting you know about it and in case if you ask them, they'll apologize, but keep moving you around the hotel. One day they locked me out of the room saying that I have not paid for my hotel bills without telling me when I should pay! There is a total chaos out there and I won't recommend staying there.”
