• Good location.
• Bad service - had to go ask for hand towels and washcloths - never replenished cups in room. Handicap room was not truly handicap accessible.

“Handicap room was not truly handicap accessible - tub rather than walk in shower. Removable showerhead was not installed correctly.”

• Spacious hotel room.
• Hair in the tub and lousy internet connection.

“The room itself was clean and spacious. The bathtub had leftover hair in it from a previous guest. The hallways had paint coming off and was dark and dingy. The complimentary wireless internet would not stay up for more than 1 minute at a time without having to reconnect. Some type of complimentary breakfast was offered. It was not mentioned at check-in or in the room, but we observed it happening. Bottom line: We wouldn't stay there again.”

• Free breakfast.
• I was put in a smoking room. It smelled awful!

“The carpets were stained, there are not enough non-smoking rooms and the staff was not overly friendly. It was nice to have a free breakfast in the morning with healthy choices and variety.”

• It was clean, and well maintained.
• Hallways were Narrow and we did not have a good view.

“This hotel met the expectations for what we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we will surely stay there again. Great value!”

• Nice, convenient location; clean facilities.
• The night desk clerk was quite rude.

“Knowing we would arrive at the hotel late, I phoned ahead to let them know it would be at least midnight before we could get there. We had car trouble and did not arrive until 2:30 am. ”

• very clean. catered well to both business/leisure traveler.
• the complimentary breakfast was out of allot of essentials i.e.. milk for cereal etc at 830 am

“excellent for cleanliness/friendliness and safety. room was very spacious, bathroom as well with an impressive big tub. hot tub was taken over by approximately. 12 15 yr. old girls all evening, could not enjoy. weight room wonderful!”

• Clean rooms with fresh clean bed linens, big garden tub.
• Our room was by the exit and the door kept slamming out side our room.

“It was beautiful and clean and the service was great. Making my own waffle in the morning was fun and they had a fresh healthy breakfast with yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs beagles, toast, juice and waffles.”

• Good location in a north suburb of Austin with good eating establishments very close.
• It was located down the access road from the exit and you had to go down to the next exit and circle back to get to restaurants.

“I was overall pleased with the hotel and the price I paid for it. My room was clean and well kept. The continental breakfast was good and well staffed. I liked the interior access to the rooms though the key pad entry used was a bit outdated.”

• It was easy to find and the room was quite.
• I felt like there was a lack of security.

“For the most part I enjoyed my stay. On a scale of 1-10, the room was a 7 for cleanliness and the bed was an 8 for comfort. In the evening there were several construction workers loitering in the parking lot drinking beer, using profanity, etc. I was concerned about my safety and concerned about my vehicle. Once in my room I felt compelled to look out to the parking lot to check on my car and I don't feel like I should have to do that. Overall, the price listed, not what I paid was a little high for what you get. I will not stay here again.”
