• Friendly staff.

“Great experience. Very satisfactory complimentary breakfast. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. We especially appreciated the VIP passes to Gold's Gym down the street!”

• I loved that the room was fully-equipped, it cuts on our dining out costs.
• I would have liked an indoor pool. Kids wanted to swim but it was raining.

“The room was excellent. It was very clean and having a kitchen in the room was marvelous. Everything was very neatly stacked, fridge was very clean. The room in general was very comfortable and pleasant. I just wish they had an indoor pool. We would have loved to swim but it was raining out so we couldn't use the pool.”

• Very clean, good location and
  great staff.
• Bed was a little hard.

“We stayed two night and it was very pleasant. Room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The only drawbacks were the bed was a little hard and there was a little freeway noise. I would stay here again.”

• The location was convenient.
• Uncomfortable beds, broken closet doors, lukewarm water, not impressive.

“Situated between power lines and a highway, the scenery isn't exactly enticing. The interior was no better with that stale smell and hard beds. The water temperature never got above warm and the air conditioner never got below 75 degrees.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• This hotel was a little far from downtown Austin restaurants and entertainment.

“This was a very nice hotel for the most part. Very friendly staff and very clean! I would recommend it to people who are needing to be close to the north side of town, but not for downtown access as traffic on the Interstate is heavy.”
