• Were willing to extend check out to allow us to shower after half marathon.
• There was a little noise in the middle of the night from other guests in the hallway.

“The time we stayed in the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly, and willing to help out however they could. They were aware of the middle of the night disturbance, and apologized for the noise.”

• The front desk was awesome in helping us!
• No hot tub after a long drive.

“We had a great stay at the hotel and in Austin. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept and we were not far away from our event, The Rolling Stones Concert.
The front desk was out of this world with her help, concerns, and friendly smile.”
