Mickey from Allen,TX
“It is a nice hotel with plenty of space in the rooms for families with small children. There was a pill left in the room when we checked in that my three year old found. I was very concerned because he could have eaten it and possibly cause harm.” Aug 30, 2008 by
Marie from Iowa City, IA
“Comfortable, a little noisy as the atrium was the scene of morning breakfasts and evening cocktails. How ever there was a friendliness to these activities.” Aug 1, 2008 by
Dorothy from Fort Worth, TX
“It is just a wonderful place to stay.” Nov 15, 2007 by
Hector from Lubbock, TX
“The breakfast was made to order! Everyone in the family got what they wanted. We all had our own bed to sleep on. The cocktails were great to wind down the day. We are going to start staying at embassy suites when we can.” Mar 18, 2007 by
Steve from Boise, ID
“Not a hotel that includes anything for the price and not one I would use for business travel. Internet and local calls were not free. The breakfast area was over crowded and the food was cold, even the cook to order breakfast was barely warm. An oblate with a cold filling, cold potatoes and constantly ran out of the buffet items.” Aug 2, 2006 by
Michelle from The Woodlands, TX
“This is an older Embassy Suites in a less than desirable part of town.” Aug 1, 2006 by
Robin from Whitney, TX
“Nice luxurious hotel worth the money.” Jul 12, 2006 by
Jennifer from Mesquite, TX
“The Embassy Suites is about my favorite hotel to stay in. It is always great. I love the made to order breakfast!! That is the best! The staff was so friendly, brought my brother a pillow just minutes after he asked for it. Fun hotel to go as a couple, or in a group. Loved it!” Jun 12, 2006 by
Debra from Henderson, TX
“Excellent accommodations Excellent service. Very high quality treatment. I would not hesitate to use this service or this hotel again. Enjoyable and convenient to Austin & my needs on this trip to the state capital.” May 31, 2006 by
Denise from Waco, TX
“I liked all the free stuff you get, and the appearance makes you feel like you are on a vacation. We had a problem with check in. That was a little aggravating, it took several people to check it out and they still didn't get it figured out until the next day. I was worried the whole time that they were going to charge us twice.” Apr 11, 2006 by
Maria from Irving, TX
“The hotel was very nice and clean, when we walked in the room it smelled very fresh. The hotel staff were friendly and the location was convenient to where we needed to be. The rooms were spacious, especially for a group of 4. I would recommend this hotel” Feb 15, 2006 by
Juan from San Antonio, TX
“It was an overall pleasant experience, however the amount of children running around made our stay somewhat annoying.” Sep 30, 2005 by
Donnie from Plano, TX
“Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel considering it was very busy with both people attending a large festival and those evacuating from the Hurricanes.” May 25, 2005 by
Ruth from Peoria, AZ
“I was generally delighted with my stay at the Embassy Suites in Austin. The hotel staff was excellent, the rooms were spacious and very clean. I do think that the physical plant is showing its' age and that it should be time for some updating of the interior. But that would not keep me from going back!” May 1, 2005 by
Ted from Atlanta, GA
“Overall, this is a decent hotel, with suites and a small kitchenette that would be useful for long stays. However, the rooms are somewhat worn out, and the overall quality does not merit a 3 star rating.” Mar 14, 2005 by
Lori from Merkel, TX
“I probably looked bad when I checked in, but was treated as if I was an important guest. The room service was excellent and the quality of the hotel was more of a 4 star to me instead of a 3 star hotel. I have stayed in many hotels on my many trips to Austin. Including the downtown Hyatt and Embassy Suites, Four Seasons, etc. and this hotel was just as good if not better.” Mar 6, 2005 by
Jason from Minneapolis, MN
“We liked the hotel overall, great location, nice looking hotel, there was a wad of hair under our bedroom sink that was disgusting. The first night a car alarm went off outside our window from 3am to 7:30am. I called and suggested they tow the vehicle and they said they couldn't. They also do not have you register your vehicles out front. They wound up comping a dozen rooms. The last night we stayed the room next door turned his TV on at 3am and wouldn't turn it down. The night staff was very frustrating and not actively trying to run the hotel properly.” Mar 2, 2005 by
Paul from Boys Ranch, TX
“Embassy Suites is a great chain of hotels, and this one in Austin was no exception. Spacious rooms. Great linens/large bath towels. Large amount of parking area. Clean pool area. Good cooked-to-order breakfast.” Mar 2, 2005 by
Lawrence from Houston, TX
“Our stay was great! The staff attended to our every request promptly. Having a full breakfast available was a big plus. We have recommended this hotel to family!” Sep 8, 2004 by
Brad P. from Missouri City “The hotel was very excellent.” Hotel Representatives:
