• Requested non-smoking room. They placed us in a smoking room with ashtrays. Too late to transfer to another room. Did not get a good night's sleep.

“In the past has been fine. This time they really dropped the ball on not honoring our reservation for non-smoking room. Sunday morning in the breakfast area was chaotic; no coffee and much of the food not replenished. People had moved tables and chairs around and the whole place was a mess. Hotel staff should have been in the area to maintain order, clean tables and keep food and coffee replenished.”

• Clean and the staff was good.
• The breakfast was not good at all.

“The staff is great. The room was clean. The hotel looked like it had recently been renovated. The breakfast left something to be desired.”

• Easy to park and get around.
• Maid never came by and we stayed 2 days.

“Hotel was okay except for the three police cars at the hotel when we checked in, never did get an answer what happened but hotel was quiet, clean, and staff was helpful and friendly.”

• The staff was helpful and friendly. The cont. breakfast was wonderful.
• The beds were uncomfortably hard. Kids were loud by the pool late at night.

“The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. When I had a question they stopped what they were doing right away to help me. I will be back. Get better mattresses.”

• Fire alarm went off 2 times during the night.

• The Price was perfect and the location was easy to find.
• I didn't like the pool or fitness room much.

“The hotel was beautiful and I was impressed with the service. I requested a late check out and they let me stay until 1:30pm which was very helpful It was also easy to find and I enjoyed my stay.”

“In overall, for the price I got it 59.00 it not a bad hotel. I would prefer to have a better continental breakfast such as the Hampton Inn.”

• Clean, new, friendly staff, nice comfortable room
• Traffic to get to hotel during rush hour

“Nice new La Quinta located right outside the Austin Arboreteum area. The hotel has a friendly staff. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast area was nice. I would like to stay here again.”

• Good price in safe location.
• Not an extremely convenient location for leisure travelers.

“This hotel was great for the value, safety and cleanliness and close to lots of business parks. Overall, not a bad choice, but not in a great location for those who are in Austin for leisure purposes.”
