“Great family atmosphere, clean, relaxing, everything included.” May 22, 2008 by
Annabelle from Paris, TX
“Very nice, good cook to order breakfast, chef on Friday was not so friendly and swimming facility was used for public child's birthday party.” Apr 23, 2008 by
Vina from Mcallen, TX
“I love Embassy Suites and I will stay here again. It just so happens that my daughter coughed into her little 8 year old hands and an elderly couple started screaming at her for doing that. How can you help not coughing? it was not done on purpose. The couple was rude and offensive. We got up and left to IHOP. This happened during the complimentary cook to order breakfast.” Apr 17, 2008 by
Rick from Mt. Pleasant, SC
“This is a great hotel, good location, helpful staff, and the swans in the lobby are pretty cool. The omelet bar is free in the morning but not very good.” Jan 29, 2008 by
Karen from Booker
“Most everything was excellent! Just some minor items that really didn't amount to anything big to gripe about. I loved "Butch" and "Sundance". That was a totally unique marketing idea. The staff was excellent in the dining room and at the front desk.” Jan 28, 2008 by
Gayle from Vacaville
“I really enjoyed the staff. They were very kind. The swans were awesome. It made it very fun. And the morning coffee was great!” Jan 1, 2008 by
Frank from Concord, CA
“Probably not fair assessment since it was holiday but kids screaming and running around drove us crazy. Cook to order breakfast was a zoo. Only one person serving and food was not worth wait. We waited forever for elevators. Would need to come back during a normal week to see if this was normal.” Nov 27, 2007 by
Liz from Midland, TX
“I've never been to a 3 star hotel that didn't offer pay per view movies until this hotel. There were kids running up & down the hallways & playing with the elevators until after 11:00 pm. Saturday morning @ 5:00 am their fire alarm was "accidentally" set off for 15 minutes or more. No sleep after that. So, if you're headed to Austin with a car load of kids for sports tournaments, this is your place. Just don't expect it to be quiet.” Apr 13, 2007 by
Sam from Laredo, TX
“This hotel is nice looking and has free drinks for happy hour and a very good free breakfast.” Mar 15, 2007 by
Robert from Mesquite, TX
“I enjoyed this hotel very much and so did my family. The indoor pool was nice and could have been a little warmer, but the kids were happy that they got to swim even though it was cold and rainy outside. We have stayed at 10-12 different Embassy Suites and this one is definitely in the top 3.” Jan 9, 2007 by
Carlos E. from Austin, TX
“We stay there because a visit, and we were there husband and wife and we have aura grand sons with us and have a wonderful time the hotel is beautiful and hard a good restaurant and very thing thank you.” Jan 9, 2007 by
Kara from Laredo, TX
“My daughter really liked the swans. You really have to know how to get around the area to get to where you want to go, but once you learn, it's great. Staff was excellent - I will stay there whenever I go to Austin. I wish we could have stayed a few more days. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, with plenty of room to relax and stretch out. I didn't want to leave the hotel for anything!” Apr 11, 2006 by
Brenda from Granbury, TX
“Food was very good at breakfast with many choices. Room was clean and spacious. 2 TV's are essential when traveling with teenagers. Indoor pool was great except for a Friday night birthday party which was attended by younger children. Left no room for anyone else in the pool or adjoining area. I especially enjoyed the managers reception. It is not often I can drink w/o worrying about driving home. Children took shuttle to nearby mall for some entertainment after I retired. Enjoyable weekend.” Hotel Representatives:
