“I was frustrated with the fact that I couldn't change my night or get a credit. ” Oct 30, 2005 by
Bud from Mckinney, TX
“Staff too busy making copies to wait on customers. They just stormed off but I yelled Excuse Me is anyone there. TV Remotes did not work, new batteries did not help. Toilet did not flush properly. Construction workers on 3rd floor (very unpleasant noise). AC in my first room was smashed and not functional. As you know from many previous stays (elsewhere) and reviews.” Oct 29, 2005 by
Jorge from Carrollton, TX
“The staff is friendly polite and professional, the hotel meet my expectations, thank you.” Oct 26, 2005 by
Peggy from Victoria, TX
“It's OK to not clean the room daily, but I think the trash/garbage needs to be picked up daily.” Oct 19, 2005 by
Sushil from Houston, TX
“Well, first aloted non smoking room #303, did have the choked flush system in the bathroom, with black stains on the worn carpet (next to the mirror). On my reporting to reception about choked flush they gave me rubber plunger thing. Well, later receptionist moved me to one another room #366. This second room carpet was old too, Microwave was non-working, lamps were missing bulbs. Staff was friendly and courteous.” Oct 16, 2005 by
Darrell from Palm Harbor, FL
“Much better than the dumpy Extended stay I recently stayed in, in Ft. Lauderdale.” Oct 12, 2005 by
Chris from Spring, TX
“Overall good for value. The staff was very friendly. Had some maintenance issues with carpet old and bathtub dirty. Overall I think it was good for the price I paid. I would have been disappointed if I paid the normal rate.” Aug 4, 2005 by
Tom from Cedar Park, TX “It started off bad as my reservation was not there and they were booked, but they gave me a 2 bedroom suite for the same price as i was awarded, so i was very appreciative and blown away overall. ” Jul 30, 2005 by
Bennie from Spring, TX
“The hotel was under remodeling, however, it was still well presented. The staff was most pleasant.” Jul 28, 2005 by
Karen from Batavia, IL
“We would definitely stay here again.” Jun 29, 2005 by
Van P. from Dallas, TX
“When we arrived, at 6:15 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon, no one was manning the front desk-- we could not check in. We waited 15-20 minutes, and no staff ever appeared. A hand-written note at the desk directed us to call an extension for help-- it just fed us into the hotel voicemail message. We had plans beginning at 7:00 and had to leave early in order to check in at the hotel before the 11:00 p.m. cut off. The room itself was missing shampoo.” Jun 27, 2005 by
Walter from Lancaster, TX
“Overall the experience was comfortable and good with pleasant staff always willing to help. The overall condition of the facility requires attention. While the infrastructure of the hotel is good the carpet is dirtu , maintenance is lacking on bulb replacement, lamps are missing from rooms and the thur wall hvac units have covers loose or falling off.” Jun 15, 2005 by
Jean from Kempner, TX
“For a traveler who wishes for a clean quiet room and bed, with pool to unwind in... this will do nicely. Easy reach of all sorts of food sources, fast food to upscale... including groceries. Full kitchen & internet connections are a plus.” Jun 12, 2005 by
Julie from Lubbock, TX
“The hotel had a very small continental breakfast available and no shampoo in the room.” Jun 3, 2005 by
Jason from Provo, UT
“Overall my experience was good, because of the amenities in the room I had. We had a dishwasher, sink, small stove, microwave, and refrigerator. We even had two rooms, with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, upgrading us when our first room smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel is not in the greatest condition, and cleanliness does not appear to be the top concern. Our room seemed clean enough, but the hallways and elevators were less that satisfactory. I would recommend the hotel to somebody who wanted to stay for more than a couple nights because of the kitchen and the two rooms included with the King sized bed.” May 17, 2005 by
Mitzi from Bryan, TX
“The air conditioning did not work in my room. It was a non-smoking room, but smelled like smoke. When I arrived, I had to wait for someone to check me in. I had a hard time finding the hotel because their sign is not lit. There was no pan and paper in the room. The selection at breakfast was SPARSE. The shower was nearly impossible to turn on. The hotel did not have any evaluation forms (I think I know why!!!)” Hotel Representatives:
