• The room was clean and well kept.
• For the price of the room there was no hair dryer in room and no complimentary breakfast or pool.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay here again without hesitation. Better than most hotels I have stayed in.”

• The hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous.
• Dirty, musty room, stained sheets, front desk closed early. Poor security.

“I've stayed at this hotel three times. The first time was pleasant, but each subsequent time, it has gotten dirtier and more poorly maintained. I will not be staying here again.”

• The room was filthy!

“The room was filthy. Opened bag of chips in a drawer, top of fridge had visible dirt, cobwebs in kitchen, bathroom had hair on floor, bed had a strange odor. Desk clerk was
not helpful, nor did she seem to care about our complaints. Would not stay here again!”

• The price.
• Pretty much everything else.

“The staff at the front desk was surly at best, and somewhat hostile. Calls to the front desk were seldom answered, and a simple request to see a phone book at check-in was refused until I insisted. The cleaning and maintenance staff was open and friendly. The internet never worked. It was necessary to go elsewhere to get email or look online for local activities. Overall, it was the worst experience in lodging we ever had.”

• Dirty, smelly room. Dirty smelly hallways. Mutant front desk staff.

“This hotel is way overpriced. It is worth about $30 per night. My room had crumbs and dirt on the carpet, and the air was foul. The front desk was slovenly and zombie-like in their actions and attitude. The very worst part of my weekend in Austin. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
