  • The location.
  • Parking, no pool, no restaurant, no real cream for coffee.

“I have seen a lot better hotels for a lot less. I just bought 2 rooms on Disney property 3.5 stars for $79 per night. These two rooms were worth $39-$40. This was a 1-2 star hotel at best.”

  • The price was very good and location was central!
  • The housekeeping was terrible!

“If you are looking for a cheap place to stay--then this is the place. The room was comfortable for sleeping only. The housekeeping was terrible--they did a horrible job of making up the room. The furniture was old and had holes, rips and tears. But for the price, it was ok.”

  • Very nice room, no smells, polite people.
  • Parking lot a little tight. Definitely should car pool.

  • No problems with us having a pet but there was barely any room to walk pet.
  • The mini refrigerator did not work.

  • I was surprised at how super comfortable the beds were!
  • Outside access to the rooms.

  • There was dirt smelling water and exhaust fan lint all over the place. I would not let my dog come in from the rain to stay in such filth!
  • Everything ! The manager illegally threaten me and my family.

“This hotel was rated a 2 or 3 star. Funny the motel 6 down the road look more appeasing than this hotel.”

  • Convenient to 35.
  • Hot tub did not work and the wireless internet did not work which were part of the amenities.

“Overall it was ok. Like any other hotel. However, the hot tub did not work or the wireless internet. Two things I was looking for in a hotel. This was a disappointment!”

  • The girl at the front desk was very helpful.
  • Ants around the bathroom vanity, so we had to change rooms.

  • Staff very nice and hotel is very clean.
  • To get to the hotel you must go down on side street to get their, kind of a pain but thats how the whole city is set up.

“Nice place to stay. The hotel must have been something other type of hotel before, but they are doing a very good job fixing it up. I would stay again!”

  • Staff, bedspreads smell like body odor.

“I hardly take the time to write reviews.....but I felt I should write a review on this experience. It was a poor experience. My mother and I had our entrance cards reprogrammed five times because we could not get into our rooms. It was really annoying. Moreover, the young lady who worked the desk did not apologize; she just reprogrammed the cards and said nothing. One time she was talking on her cell phone while handling customers. Also, the hotel itself is getting pretty cheap. Instead of individual slices of pre-packaged butter, they have a huge tub for people to come scoop their own butter. They do not provide coffee holders unless requested (they take it from other rooms) or coffee stirrers. The location is also annoying because you have to swing around the highway if you are coming from the opposite direction. This experience could have been so much better if this hotel tried harder.”

“To begin, I had difficulty making a reservation over the phone. It was back-to-school weekend, and other parents were planning to stay the weekend too. The reservationists was worried other people might want to stay over. Frankly, I do not care. The first five hotels I tried were sold out, which is what led me to the Ramada in the first place. Finally she reserved our rooms. When we checked in, the room smelled like mildew and was about 88 degrees hot. The hotel was booked solid, but other people still had not checked in. The person at the desk refused to move us to another room, stating that it was not possible. She gave me the manager's name and number. When I called the number, she answered the phone (she gave me the front desk line rather than a supervisor's number). Then, she lied and said she had already called the manager, but could not reach him. Finally, she sprayed deodorizing spray in our room. We turned the air conditioning on high, and it still took 3 hours for the room to cool off. There were gross white stains in several places on the carpet. The coffee pot in our room was filthy, and a plastic piece was missing from the unit. The hotel refused to take action with regard to any of my complaints. We will not stay here again, and certainly would not recommend it.”
