• Close to the college.
• Only one ice machine in the whole place.

• Room was quite clean.
• Not much. Breakfast area in lobby is quite small.

• Very clean.
• Outside appearance is unpleasant, Also the Breakfast area was very small.

“The hotel had a very unpleasant outward appearance. However from inside the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Everything was functional and the room was very spacious and good. The breakfast was ok; the dining area has very less space and gets crammed if there are more people. Overall for the price you pay the hotel is very good. If they can improve the outward appearance it would be a lot better.”

• Free Wi-Fi and nice people.
• Breakfast area was very cramped, 1 waffle maker - big line.

• Very clean and spacious room.
• Outside pool no whirlpool.

• Location.
• Heating did not work properly. Too hot or too cold. Could not regulate.

• It had a heated outdoor pool that was very well maintained.
• The only thing bad was that the air conditioner mad a loud noise when it turned on.

“This is a modest, but nice hotel. The bathroom was very clean and the towels were nicer than some I have had with rooms twice the price. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Convenient location and a good neighborhood. You are not paying an extra price for a work out room or staff with matching uniforms, but there is a nice pool available.”

• Friendly staff!
• Room smelled musty. Air conditioner was noisy.

“For the money this wasn't a bad place to spend a night. We just needed a place to sleep and get back on the road the next morning and this fit the bill. Had we been staying in Mitchell for an extended visit, I would have wanted something a little more comfortable.”

• The room was clean and spacious. Also very comfortable.
• Our room was too far away from the pool and office.

• Clean, beautiful mirror for bathroom sink. lots of counter space!!!!!!
• Needed coffee cups, more than one set of sugar, creamer, etc, mattress was saggy and old.

“Value was good. Spacious room. The mattress either needed flipped or replaced. Not a lot of support, I could tell it was old. Bathroom was superbly clean!! LOVED the bathroom mirror. Counter space was excellent. Not a coffee drinker, but there were no coffee cups, and only one sugar packet and one creamer packet. I don't think that would keep a coffee drinker content!!! Overall - I would book another stay.”

• Pool & miniature golf, Sunday brunch.
• Was told we would have queen size beds-was told after checking in that there was only full size beds or kings.

“Liked our stay. Have stayed there previously, but the beds this time were really uncomfortable. We asked for queen size and was told that they had them, but when we got to our room, they were full size. Otherwise, our stay was good and the waitress we had was friendly in the restaurant.”
