“The Staff at the hotel was very helpful and Friendly. But the 3:00 o'clock check in time is just plum ridiculous.”

“I did not care for the location and the rooms, the food was not cooked right and too expensive (the hotel and the food ) for what it was. Would not stay and pay that again.”

• Staff, hotel in general. They were excellent all the way.
• How you got your luggage to the second floor if you are a senior.

• The room had dead bugs on the floor, telling me that the floor had not been swept. Bathtub also had mold around the tub.
• Was not as clean as it could have been.

“Would not recommend best western hotel to anyone. There is no excuse for the dead bugs in the floor, or the mold around the bathtub. This tells me that they did not clean everything. The beds were clean. I did check to make sure they were. Staff was very nice and friendly.”

• Very clean and friendly staff.
• Didnt have an elevator.

• Staff was friendly.
• Tub did not drain the 3 nights we stayed there.

“Overall, it was comfortable. But the tub was not clean when we got there (hair in the drain) and a dying large cricket was in the bathroom. We called maintenance about the tub, they can while we were gone. Tub was cleaned, but still did not drain at all. Makes it kind of nasty to have to stand in someone else's water to shower. Told Maintenance about it again, they came again, tub still does not drain.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• They used too much scented oil in the hallway.

“This Best Western was very comfortable but a little overpriced for the area and level of amenities. There is an Indian Casino right next door, so I would have expected the price to be a little lower. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. If it had been warmer, the pools looked like they would have been delightful.”

• Rooms were clean and they offered a very substantial complimentary breakfast.
• The beds were much harder than I like and were fairly uncomfortable.

“Overall, this is a nice hotel for a short stay. They had a nice pool and decent exercise room. My room was very clean.”

• The free full service breakfast was great and the staff was unbeatable in all areas of helpfulness.
• They should have in room movies or games for rent to make it easier if you want to stay in.

“Location was easy to find. Rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were wonderful for any questions I had and to supply the extra items I requested. My overall experience here was top notch from the price to the staff. I Highly recommend it.”

• I liked the security and having exit doors on both sides of the room.
• We had problems getting a key to work on all doors.

“We had a wonderful stay. I liked the security and cleanliness . Easy access to the rooms. The breakfast was wonderful and the indoor pool. Our two teenage Marines really enjoyed the indoor pool.”

• Friendly staff, nice hotel set-up.
• Continental Breakfast was poor, needs improvement.

“Stayed here while storm chasing. Great location - Next to Native American Casino. Sonic Drive-In just down the road. Other restaurants were close by. Clean rooms, and hotel corridors. Nice landscaping on the hotel exterior.”
