• The hotel needs much updating.

“I was very disappointed in this hotel being ranked a 3 star. My friends stayed in a 3 star at the Hampton Inn in the same city and their room was much nicer and cleaner. It had the pillow top beds, flat screen TV, etc. The Holiday Inn had rust around the bathroom fixtures and door and there were bugs in my room. The place needed serious updating and remodeling. I would rank this hotel as a 1 1/2 to 2 star.”

• Large portion of the facility very old and not updated.

• The amenities.
• Location was farther away than what I would have preferred to my work location.

• The pool.
• The smell in our room and the a/c was short cycling all the time.

• The location was convenient and the restaurant too.
• The layout was a bit confusing.

“The hotel was fine and fit our needs well. The man at the front desk told me they've been trying to get it changed for 2 years. The incorrect map made us spend 15-20 minutes driving in the wrong direction at 3:00 am, which was not good!”
