• The location was awesome, the view was great!
• I liked everything

“Awesome location for me & my husbands getaway. Very romantic and right off the Riverwalk. Staff was very friendly. Pool is on top of the roof with hot tub. We were able to go bar hopping down the Riverwalk and just walk up to our beautiful hotel. The water feature in the hotel lobby was very pretty.”

• I liked the location, I was able to step out to the Riverwalk.

“Rooms were a little small, but very clean and modern (flat screen television, updated decor). Very nice workout facility. The safety and privacy of rooftop pool and spa was a plus for morning workouts.”

• Excellent location, right on the river. Comfortable beds.
• Had to pay for internet, $10.81 to print 1 copy. It's free at Holiday Inn Express.

“The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great, right on the River Walk. The internet was not free and neither was the business center. I could have stayed at a nicer place with those features for just a little more money. Overall the hotel is okay.”

• Beautiful room with great Riverwalk access.
• Parking garage is across the street and was $23 a day!

“I liked the hotel's modern look and great access to the Riverwalk. The food at the buffet was excellent too! The amenities were above average. The light switch was a bit dated for such a nice hotel. The paring garage is shared with the city and difficult to carry luggage and young children across the street.”

“We (3 total) had to sleep in a King room. It was disappointing that they didn't assist in anyway. Had experiences in San Antonino with other hotels this same time frame that were very helpful and customer service oriented.”

• Overpriced parking cannot use fridge, pool area lousy.

“For a fairly modern hotel, the pool area is terrible! We have stayed at many historic hotels built nearly 100 years ago with better facilities than this. The room was comfortable and adequate; beds were nice, view not worth mentioning since we had an interior and atrium view. It was clean. There were constant elevator problems. The restaurant is only open Wed-Sat, strange. In general, staffs are friendly, helpful and nice but not in the pool area, this is the only nice view you get if you have an interior room and they will literally kick you off the deck on the dot of 10PM.”

• Comfort and arrangement of the room was very pleasing.
• Paying so much for parking as a hotel guest.

“We loved the Hyatt. The room was quite comfortable and its setup was very pleasing. The bed was wonderful with plush pillows and lots of room to spread out. The HD TV was great except HBO went out for awhile because it is satellite and screws up periodically. The towels in the bathroom were soft and pleasing to use. The room service was extremely overpriced so it was good we brought our own breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and obviously knowledgeable. The concierge was very friendly and he gave us a coupon for a free dessert at one of the restaurants on the Riverwalk. My only complaint is that parking was so expensive even though we were guests. 50 dollars to park for two nights. I think you could do something about that for your guests, considering they have to park there.”

• I loved the location on the River Walk in San Antonio. The exercise room was spectacular.
• The double bed was too small - upgrade to queens.

“This hotel is one of the most convenient to the River Walk in San Antonio. Everything is right there. Parking is high, but it is high anywhere in the area. The only complaint we had was that the double beds were too small - queens would be much better.”

“My family enjoyed our stay, our room was beautiful (my 6 year old son loved the floor to ceiling window). We all enjoyed the pool and pool area. The view from roof top at night was breathtaking.”
