• Beautiful lobby.
• Dirty room and bath!!!!

“Our room was dirty and our bath was even worse. Mold around tub and who knows what around the commode!”

• Hotel Staff was friendly. The room was nicely decorated. It was convenient to the River walk and Market Square. It was also very historic.
• Nothing--it was all good.

“My husband and I decided to take a quick vacation, spur of the moment. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room at the Sheraton. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the surrounding were beautifully decorated--they just remodeled in January 2006. Not only was it beautiful, but it was very close to the River walk and Market Square. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!”

• Great beds, good food and great bakery/coffee shop in hotel.
• No adjoining rooms, no kids TV, small rooms.

“This was a really nice hotel. However, they could not provide us with adjoining rooms. We were two families traveling with small children -so that made it more difficult. Also, they don't have any kids TV stations (Disney, Nick, etc). But the hotel was nice - I would go back, but at least I know what to expect next time.”

• It was very clean and comfortable. Extra pillows, good food, fast elevators and valet parking.
• The soda machine was out of order on my floor.

“The hotel staff was friendly, pleased to help you. There were hotel computers w/ Internet service. The food was very good. Everything was clean and the elevators were quick. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you.”

• Great location, wonderful room, friendly staff.
• The only thing was that I asked directions to the Market place which he gave me but didn't mention that it was closed on Easter Sunday.

• Friendly and enthusiastic service.
• Carpet needed replacing, but they are currently renovating so that should be fixed soon.

• Free wireless internet access.
• On-site valet parking was too expensive.

“This hotel is very centrally located and seemed to be extremely well managed. It was clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The entire stay was just an overall extremely pleasant experience.”

• Atmosphere, location, bedding.
• Small room, you can request the big one though.

“Only 1 block from River walk. The 2 minute walk saves you about $100, well worth the walk. You also enter the river walk in the restraint district. The atmosphere was great. Loved the stay. They do have 2 different size rooms for the same price I think the bigger ones are on the inside and the smaller on the outside. Definitely request the bigger room. Feather pillows and a down comforter made the beds extremely cozy and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.”

• Most comfortable bed, pillows, linens ever found at a hotel.
• They didn't have a detailed map of the area that we had gotten at other hotels in the area previously.

“We had a great stay. We had 2 rooms one was 1/2 the size of the other for the same price but overall everything else was GREAT. The staff was extremely pleasant and the atmosphere was great.”
