• Very nice for our needs parents of 12 &19 year old.
• Continental breakfast selection not so good 3 mornings in a row.

“We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very helpful with directions around downtown, the downtown location was ideal. Our room was large and comfortable.”

• We could walk or catch the shuttle bus to get to where we wanted.
• It could be updated a bit.

• Very nice staff, friendly.
• Non-smoking room reeked of smoke-sickening.

“The staff were so friendly and helpful, but this was not an allergy free stay for us. The room reeked of smoke and they ran out of feather free pillows (and I forgot my own). My daughter and I did not sleep well because of allergies and discomfort.”

• They're a little liberal with the River walk designation.

• I would have liked to have something different on the breakfast; different cereals, muffins or fruit.

• The location to downtown in relation to the price of the hotel.
• Only one person working the front desk during check-in. The line was very long everyday.

“Functional with a good location in comparison to price to the downtown San Antonio area. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was industry standard with a clean dining area. Rooms were clean and the bedding comfortable.”

• We got more than a standard hotel room, we got a suite.

“The hotel room was great, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and we had easy access to the city. I only wish that there was a restaurant closer, so we didn't have to go back into the city at night. Overall, we were very satisfied.”

• No convince stores near by for snacks other than a small selection in lobby.

• Location was near public trans. Rooms had pullout too.
• No food/candy type vending - hotel offerings very limited.

“Everything was excellent - facilities were great and as mentioned very near trolley transport to downtown. 2.5 stars only because no dining - but they did offer comp. Breakfast which was a great bonus. We were called down to the desk at 11:00pm to straighten this out after they had given our room to another person who came in our door. ”

• It all the amentias I needed and wanted.
• Broken weight room equipment and rude guests.

“Clean rooms and good continental breakfast. Hotel was in great location for my needs. Didn't have to drive anywhere. Some of the weight room equipment was broken, but that is my only complaint.”

• The room was large enough for four girls to be getting ready at the same time comfortable.
• Breakfast was over at 9:30.

• It was super clean and the location was perfect!
• The parking.

• Easy access to freeways and the river walk if you know your way around the city.
• Need light bulb replace and I put it on the desk but it was not replaced.

“Large clean rooms and public areas, and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. We were there showing stock at the rodeo so we needed access to freeways and this worked out very well.”

• That the room and bathroom were larger than expected.
• The walk was a lot longer than expected.

“This hotel was a great experience for us because we wanted to get away from our everyday life and it was perfect, larger than expected and enough room for the both of us to move around freely without running into each every five seconds. Other than a longer walk than any other hotels located in downtown, we had a wonderful stay there.”

• Great room for the price. Very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
• Ants in room, They came and sprayed but did not help, light bulb out in one lamp.
