• Liked having a kitchen in the room.
• No elevators and we only had 1 bed and a pullout that was awfully uncomfortable!

“It was OK. For the price, it was nice, but lacked something. Not sure I would want to stay there again with my family. But the staff was very helpful and again, we loved having a kitchen in-room.”

• The full kitchen and ample space made traveling with my daughter much more enjoyable.
• The lack of towels, toilet paper, and the roaches we saw.

“The hotel was fine, about what we expected once we learned that we were in a Residence Inn. For the situation we were in it was a fine economical place for us to stay. The free breakfast was a very nice surprise.”

• Was very unsatisfied. We forgot a few items in the room and they could not be found by staff.

“We had two rooms. We unfortunately left behind a blender and some swim trunks. We called immediately after our checkout and were told that these items could not be found. We told them exactly where we left these items and they were not there. They were going to contact the housekeeping manager and it's been 4 days and we have not heard back.”

• The layout of the room was great for a family.
• Carpet was foot-blackening dirty. Front desk gave someone else a key to our room in the middle of the night.

“We left a day early, after the desk tried to give a room we were occupying to someone else, who showed up with a working key and opened the door while we were in it. I know that mistakes can happen, but the uncaring attitude of the desk employee when I called that night made us feel unsafe in the hotel. Location is nice, and having the kitchen was great, but the room needed a good cleaning.”

• The room was equipped with everything I needed, just like in any house.
• Very limited parking space and room was a "tad bit" small, although good size overall.

“I enjoyed the accommodations, the bed was heavenly, the staff was very warm and friendly. There were a bit too many youngsters that were a bit too rowdy, but I happen to love children, so I would not complain, though someone else might. I appreciated the breakfast bar.”

• The location was great.

“I loved that it was between Downtown and Sea World and easy to get to both. The hotel staff was friendly and quick to help with directions too. The room was clean and had plenty of room for my family. Room service and grocery pick up were great and free.”

• I loved the full kitchen. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly.
• Breakfast was terrible. Eggs were cold, OJ and milk were hot. No syrup for pancakes and waffles.

“The hotel was great. The full kitchen was very useful. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of recreational things for kids to do. The breakfast however, was terrible. The eggs and pancakes were cold, and the OJ and milk were hot. There was no syrup for the pancakes or waffles. When we asked the kitchen lady for syrup, she simply said "no hay!" and shut the window. My teenage cousin left her mp3 player on the TV stand, when we returned from Sea World, the room had been cleaned and the mp3 player was missing. We reported this to the general manager and he said he would take care of it. We're still waiting to hear something.”

• Room was great; breakfast was excellent, open concept suite. All round a great stay.
• The only thing I didn't like was that the glasses in the kitchenette were not cleaned properly.

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are very spacious (except for the bathroom). Free delivery of meals from the Alamo Grill next door was nice; the food was good and arrived hot. On the downside, the breakfast was basically the same every morning, more variety would be nice. One of the phones in our room didn't work and the bathroom was very small. All in all a very nice stay.”

• The hotel was more than what I expected.
• Television was a little blurry but nothing serious.

“This hotel is perfect for a couple or business. It was nice to have a room that felt a little like home. Being in the military and living in the barracks, it was exceptionally comfortable to have a couch and fully stocked kitchen to cook meals in.”

• The room was nice and I didn't have to pay for lunch or dinner.
• They didn't have a coffee machine in my room. The bed was tilted toward the headboard making my sleep a little uncomfortable.

“The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good but the dinner needs improvement. The bed was way too soft and tilted toward the headboard. There was no coffee machine in my room but there was coffee. I would stay here again though. It was nice and quiet from the interstate.”

• Gigantic room with everything you could possibly need.
• Narrow, hard to navigate staircase to get to second floor.

“This hotel was great - the room was huge and the kitchen had everything (even though we were only there one night and didn't actually need it). Free wireless, which my previous hotel in downtown San Antonio did not offer. Delivery (no extra charge) from a nearby restaurant was quick and easy - food was pretty good. The menu was located in the room. Wish we could have stayed there longer!”

“The Residence Inn was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and who doesn't love a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning. • The set up of the room was very nice for a young family.
• The hot tub was not hot.

“I'd stay here again. It was in a decent area and it was close to Sea World and Fiesta Texas parks. There seemed to be quite a lot of people staying who were visiting the parks.”

• Rooms were nice and staff was friendly.
• They were a little understaffed at check in.

“Hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly. It was nice to be able to have a free hot breakfast in the mornings. Pool was nice. Also, they do not charge you extra if you are a family of 5. This is a huge plus! I would highly recommend to others. Good location for Sea World, not so good for downtown area.”

“Overall everything is pretty, the breakfast is fantastic. However, there is no First Kit at the front desk, my husband burn his arm from the hot waffle machine, but can not find any medicine to apply. The only thing I am disappointed about this hotel.”
