• I loved the pool, pool area and balcony overlooking the pool.
• Was nice, but definitely past it's prime, could use refreshing.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we could get it at a good price. It was great for what we paid. Wonderful pool area, but the decor was outdated and needed a face lift.”

• Nothing.

“This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The dirty wrinkled carpets to the very cold water in the swimming pool, the smell of the hotel, it was a complete waste of money to stay here, I really was disappointed that this hotel was called a Ramada Inn, it should change it's name because it doesn't measure up to my expectations of what a Ramada Inn hotel should be.”

• The bed was comfortable and the hot breakfast was nice.
• The ice machine was mildewed, the hot tub area was mildewed.

“The room was nice although the shower head in the bathroom was very short. I am 5'7" and I felt like I had to do a back bend. My husband is 6'2" so imagine how he felt. the ice machine and hot tub area had mildew everywhere. The bed was comfortable.”

• Friendly staff, great restaurant, clean room.
• Room location- business travelers should not be placed by bar and pool.

“The hotel itself was great! I had to be up early everyday and with loud music and people screaming from the bar, I was not able to fall asleep before the bar closed each night. This made it anything but relaxing for my stay.”

• The lobby was great looking!
• Our room was directly outside of the in-hotel bar and people were drunk and loud! We couldn't go to sleep until the bar closed!

“I would never stay here again! The walls were so thin that I could hear everything, people peeing, people laughing, people getting drunk at the hotel bar! At one point someone tried to get into our room cause the hotel either had double booked it or someone was drunk, but my family was scared. The hot water in the sink did not work either! And there was a terrible smell in the hallways, maybe a drunk person from the night before had gotten sick, not sure.”

• Location, lounge, and staff.
• Phone system room unfortunately got flooded & the phones were out.

“My stay was quite nice. In Kearney for business for a few days, the Ramada was within 1/4 mile of my conference. The staff was excellent, the complimentary breakfasts were good, and the lounges (2 to pick from) were a needed break at the end of the day.”

• The pool was very, very warm! Wonderful!
• It's showing its age- worn carpets coming up in places, I missed security on entrances.

“Though the hotel is showing its age, it was very clean, and the breakfast choices were adequate. Best of all, the pool was very warm. The hot tub is in a separate room, which was nice, though some people might miss it. Hotel desk staff was efficient, if not particularly friendly. I did miss any type of security system on outside doors- all of them are wide open to the public 24/7.”

• Flat screen TV.
• The stairwells, hallways stunk of mold.

“When we arrived they put us up in a room adjacent to an audio convention which vibrated the windows continuously. The original receptionist put us in the wrong room which we didn't discover until they tried to make us move on the third day. Their hot breakfast was anything but hot and not well maintained. The stairwells smelled of mold and had unsecured access. The room had a cricket in it. The AC was extremely noisy. On a good note the bed was comfortable and clean.”

• Clean, convenient location, loved the pillows & comforter.
• Breakfast was a big disappointment. Nothing left at 8:00 am and only one person was working in this area.

• The bed was beautiful and so comfortable.
• The smell in the hallways.

• The lagoon pool and oversized Jacuzzi were excellent.

“We had a great time at the Ramanda in Kearney. It's clean, the staff is nice and there is plenty to do, across the street only 2 blocks away, there is indoor black light golfing, bowling ect. At the Green Apple. We are already planning our next trip to the same Ramada!”

• Bring lots of antibacterial hand soap. And a mask. And gloves.

• Wireless internet , friendly staff.
• Room could have been cleaner. Hallway and stairs could have been cleaner.

“Bed was adequate. Would have liked to have a microwave and small fridge in room. It was a pool view room, but was not a good experience due to construction going on in that area.”

• The breakfast buffet.
• We were in poolside room and heard the lounge band all night.

“The hotel is not advertised correctly. When we got there the putt was not complete, and the pool was not heated. The pool side room we had was not really enjoyable due to the band playing that Friday and all we heard until 12:30 a.m. was a loud thumping in my room. Kids woke up next day grumpy due to noise. I will not stay at this hotel again.”

• It was clean and the rooms were nice.
• My car got broken in to! And all the staff did was tell me that I could have a "late check out of 12:30pm.
