• Shabby; old fashioned.

“30 year throwback hotel that has modified and added amenities without significant remodeling or expense. Cheapest solutions abound; Nasty coffee, ugly furnishings, awkward internet. Even "free hot breakfast" at an ok nearby restaurant is based on a severely reduced choice menu.”

• Bathroom was really tiny.

“It was an okay hotel if you just want a clean room and a hot shower with breakfast. We spent very little time there as we got in late and left early. For that purpose, it was fine.”

• Easy access clean room.
• The staff was not trained for online booking.

“The hotel was great but the staff needs training for online booking. When I arrived at the hotel I used a different credit card for the extras etc. hen the clerk entered the new card information it wiped out the information that I had paid for the room, I ended up paying for the room twice because they did not know how to fix it. One of the staff members told me next time to reserve the room through the hotel instead of online. I feel if they can not process the online booking correctly then they should not be an online provider. I did call and speak to the manager and they did credit my card for one of the charges so in the end everything worked out. ”

• Comfortable beds in separate alcoves.

“This hotel is fine for a passing traveler. The beds are comfortable and a good breakfast is provided (if you get there before 9:00 am).”

• It was easy to get to, parking was convenient, and the price was right.
• The indoor pool was quite a way from the room. Free breakfast not enough to eat.

“Overall this hotel was very good. There were a lot of people staying there and it was very quiet. The "Free" breakfast was not enough to satisfy us and we ended up eating again. But it wouldn't deter me from staying there again.”

• Good location to freeway, pet friendly, good restaurant.
• No high speed Internet available in my room.

• Great workout room, pool and sauna.
• Location can get somewhat noisy, but nothing beyond that of other hotels on the main street of Kearney.

“This is a great location and value for the price. It is very adequate for the straight forward business trip. The restaurant and complimentary breakfast was good. Best Western hotels tend to vary but this one is above average.”
