• Clean and large room.
• They charged my debit card.

“But if they won't pick up their phone then I can't take care of this. The hotel was nice but to charge my debit card twice and not be able to get a hold of them, not so nice.”

• Excellent staff. I had to leave at 4 a.m. and they packed a breakfast for me to go.
• Does not apply, this hotel was just great.

“Very clean, friendly staff. I had to leave at 4 a.m. and the front desk clerk made fresh coffee and prepared a sack breakfast for me. This was not expected, but was very much appreciated. The rooms were very clean and had a good work area.”

• It was conveniently located off the highway.
• The indoor pool was out service and they did a bad job keeping up with breakfast.

• Did not really like the handicapped room we were given. I guess it was the only one they had.

• The comfort of the bedspread, it wasn't a cheap thin spread, it was so comfortable.
• Nothing really.

“This hotel was very comfortable and quite. There was a boy's basketball team staying there one of the nights as well and you couldn't even hear them. It was great. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I didn't even have to use my own. I would definitely stay there again on a return trip. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.”

“When checking in the desk clerk didn't provide much information about the room type, location of amenities and failed to mention that breakfast was served to all hotel guests. The cleaning staff began knocking on doors around 7:30am, and when they cleaned the rooms both days they failed to replenish the toilet paper, or clean/replace the coffee pot and accessories. The window screens were falling out of the window. Both nights our key cards stopped working and we had to have the front desk re-activate them. Overall, these multiple minor issues became too much for a 2 night stay.”

• Very clean, cheerful accommodations & staff, good breakfast.
• No guest laundry machines.

“Confused at the access road at first, but then appreciated the lack of other traffic. Exercise room appreciated as diabetes makes that important, and liked the healthy choices in the breakfast room from yogurt & fruit to daily special things such as French toast, etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Would go back again.”

• The staff was friendly, room was clean, and continental breakfast was above average.
• We were hoping it would have a hot tub; however it did have a swimming pool.

“We were very pleased with this hotel. Our room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was above average. It is conveniently located near eating establishments and shopping. The only thing it did not have that would have been nice was a hot tub. However, it does have a nice indoor pool.”

• All aspects of my stay were great. The room was very clean and quiet.
• Need to install safety strips in the shower; slippery.

• Not as many "frills" as other Fairfield Inns that I've stayed in.

“This hotel was clean, the staff was gracious and helpful and the breakfast was pretty good. The decor and amenities were nothing spectacular, but it was a comfortable place to stay just the same. We were pleased with our experience.”

• My family and I liked the breakfast here very much.
• The pool was nice, but a little too cold for my family.

“This hotel is fairly new, and the rooms were spacious and clean. My family enjoyed the pool, but only briefly because the water was cold. We found the workers to be friendly and pretty helpful. We liked the breakfast very much, though, and the hotel is close to many restaurants and stores.”

• Liked the spacious room. We had a double with lots of floor space.
• They ran out of French toast at breakfast, the main hot item, with no backup.

• Very clean, easy freeway access nice beds lots of pillows.
• The pool was closed and no hot tub.

• The night clerk made us wait to get in while he finished watching his TV show.

“Get rid of the night clerk or make him wear a hearing aid and glasses. He was within sight & hearing distance and ignored us. Everything else was very nice.”

• I forgot my pillow, called back to hotel, and it was waiting for me on our return trip.
• The pool was closed during our stay, though the pH was fine.

“Good hotel. Breakfast room under construction and room being used was very small. The pool is pitiful. Very small. Couldn't even do laps. No hot tub. Geared more to business than family.”

“We had traveled a long way to relax and were looking forward to the use of the pool with our children. It was in terrible condition and filthy and my husband refused to have our children use this. They did shut the pool down after my husband and another patron complained.”

• The room was spacious and clean.
• The entrance was not convenient, requiring a U-Turn from the main street.

“The staff was friendly (although our contact with them was limited), the room was clean and spacious, the amenities included a coffee pot (although no microwave or fridge), small pool, and small exercise room, and the continental breakfast looked appetizing, although I was in the mood for a latte and eggs, so we went out. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well; even though the hotel is located right off of I-80, the noise was not excessive. The only negative I would note is that reaching the hotel from I-80 requires making a U-turn, but that certainly isn't something the hotel has any real control over, and the hotel itself was very easy to find. Overall, a pleasant stay.”

• Very large, nicely appointed rooms.
• The hotel does not have direct access from the street and the turn off is not well marked.

“The rooms are very nice, the "grab & go" sack for breakfast was a plus because I was in a hurry. I did not use the pool or exercise facility but both were available. I would definitely return.”

• They had a roll-away available for add. $5.00 per paper delivered to room or continental breakfast was very good and they had a variety and kept area clean.
• Could smell smoke in the non-smoking areas, late check out and they had cleaning supplies in middle of hallway and the rugs weren't straightened.

“They did have a indoor pool area, and a great variety of food in the morning (waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, milk). It was very well maintained and the staff were very nice.”

• Very clean and in the past service has been great.
• They lacked the service that I have always felt that Marriot took pride in.

“We were traveling a long distance with small children and the manager, upon realizing our mistake, made no attempt to keep our business. By looking at the parking lot you could tell that there were more than enough rooms to allow for us to stay the night. After driving over six hours with three small children one of which is an infant, at 11:00 at night I felt like the manager was trying to take advantage of us. We were on a unexpected trip to see a dying loved one and Fairfield might as well of said screw you. Well no offer was made on a reduced rate due to the fact we would not be using the reserved room for the following night and we were left with having to drive the remaining eight hours to our destination. ”
