• This my first time to stay anywhere else but La Posada in Laredo,Tx and I was real impressed with the whole experience.

“Enjoyed my stay a lot. I would stay here again anytime and would also tell my friends to do so.”

• It was clean and very well kept. Bathrooms were clean and looked new.
• Room could have been a bit larger.

“Parking is mostly in the garage and you have to take one elevator to the lobby then another elevator to your room. Somewhat inconvenience but not too bad. The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were very nice and bathrooms were clean and looked new. The lobby and facilities were clean and well kept. The staff were polite and helpful.”

• Night club next to front desk. UNable to communicate with staff due to loud music.

• The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They even kept our vehicle while we traveled to Mexico.
• The sound of traffic, even on the 8th floor, was a bit disturbing.

“Very professional and helpful staff. We would rate them five star! The room and bathroom facilities were neat and clean and we had absolutely no complaints. The only problem was the traffic noise. However, the concierge had recommended we stay at a higher floor but we had declined.”

“Clean, desk attendants were very friendly and enjoyed the swimming pool for just a short while because the weather was cool. The hotel was very quiet and nice place. I would stay there again.”

• Free, secure garage parking. Relaxing hot tub and pool in beautiful surroundings. Not the average hotel pool.
• Breakfast not included but room had a mini fridge so we brought cereal, milk, etc.

“The hotel staff helped us with directions to various businesses and churches around town.”

• The hotel has a parking garage.
• Cheap towels, small pillows, room décor.

• Friendly restaurant staff.
• Unfriendly desk clerk.

“The room was OK. The TV picture was bad--it would occasionally lose color and go black and white! Best part of stay was the breakfast at the restaurant.”

• The hotel charged my credit card again, still haven't credited my account

• My cartop carrier was broken into in the hotel's parking garage. Very poor security.

“Each time I've stayed there they have tried to charge me for my room. The security at the hotel stinks. Our cartop carrier was broken into in the hotel's parking garage. Obviousely, they did not take responsibility.”
