• Front desk help was very good!
• Chlorine smell from pool was way too strong.

“Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, front desk employees were very helpful. Only negative was chlorine smell from pool - it was very strong.”

• Cleaning crews overtook hallways during cleaning hours.

• Nothing.
• Got moved to Regency Hotel at last minute, overbooked. It was filthy.

“The Marriott Courtyard was overbooked and send us at another hotel, which they stated was comparable in quality. It was not floors, sheets, bathroom was dirty. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Service was very poor indeed.”

• Clean, friendly.
• Ac did not cool room, toilet was not working properly.

“This hotel met our expectations, except for not having a mini-fridge, or microwave. We stayed a week and it would have been better with a fridge. AC was set on 55 and High, but did not cool room sufficiently; cleaning staff did not respond quickly to toilet overflow from tank, cleaning staff forgot to put up a shower curtain.”

• No smoking and no refrigerator and microwave.

“It was a pleasant experience although I didn't get to choose my room because I'm a smoker and would have liked to have had a smoking room.”

• Very clean, great pool, and wonderful for a family overnight trip.
• No complaints!

• The rooms where comfortable and clean.
• Fire alarm going off at 2:45am and not having the breakfast sandwich as advertised.

“In my entire hotel stay was pleasant and I would stay at the Fairfield inn again.”

• The staff was excellent.
• The rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

“It is a nice two star hotel. The price was high for the area and type of hotel, but the staff was terrific. Good location, central to everything in town.”

• The staff were wonderful and friendly. The hotel in general was terrific!
• There was nothing about this hotel I disliked.

“This hotel is a place I would live on a daily basis. My family felt so welcome there by the staff (whom we quickly made friends with). The rooms were in good condition, and I felt very well taken care of. I felt like a person there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. It is close to great food and shopping, and even if it weren't, it would still be more than worth staying there!”

• the beds were great , very comfortable and the free roll away bed that we requested was delivered quickly and clean.
• only one evelator and you had to wait a while for it sometimes.

“the hotel was very good and i was satisfied as i hvae always been when i have stayed at a marriot chain hotel.the rooms were clean and everything in the room worked and we made good use of the iron and ironing board in the room.like before not much to complain about except for the one elevator and the fact that parking was hard to find if you came in late after going out to eat or some other function.”

• nice room and bath and a good breakfast.
• Hard to find the entance from the expressway.

“There is only one elevator which becomes a problem in busy times. I was given a smoking room which I have on my profile that I will not take, but I stayed with it anyway. The chlorine in the pool was a little overbearing in the central part of the building. We all recieved USA TODAY which is a nice touch and the breakfast was good. I felt my price was a little high.”

• Toilet in one the 5 rooms we occupied didn't flush

“Hotel is well located & has an indoor pool, although we did not use it. Continental breakfast was good & front desk staff & general mangager were very good & helpful. Maid service did not clean our room one day when we had put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door that day & did not remove it until 330pm. In-room movie system is phone-activated & works poorly. Selection is extremely limited.”

• It was very convient to all of the locations we needed to be at.
• The pool was closed for repairs and there was no onsight fitness center.
