• It was clean but smelled like vomit.
• The help was horrible, it didn't feel very safe.

“I was so disappointed. We were given a room in which the door was open and the light was on and there were 5 questionable looking men standing outside the door. We got a room change, given the wrong key, no apology, very un-interested help. Needless to say, it took awhile to get settled.”

• Location.
• Rude clerk, TV not working, no pool that day, making us wait to check in.

“The front desk clerk (Hispanic girl) very rude! After a long drive we get there about 10 minutes early to check in 3:00pm. We still couldn't check in. The clerk said they were still cleaning rooms and we couldn't check in till after every room was clean which would be after 3:00pm! We finally got our room and the TV didn't work so we had to move into another room (all we wanted to do was rest after a drive with a senior citizen and small children in the car). The pool was closed that day and would not open. We were very disappointed.”

• Beds were comfortable.
• Hotel staff were rude and somewhat uncaring.

“If I hadn't ever had to deal with hotel staff, this hotel would have been fine for what I needed. Coming back from breakfast and having the maid watching my TV while cleaning was a bit awkward, though.”

“I had a pleasant stay. The staff was great. Proximity to the street made the noise level high. The room was clean and overall, it was a good night's stay.”

• The Free Breakfast at the diner next door was great.
• Can't think of a thing.

• No continental breakfast, a real breakfast. Bacon, eggs, acts.
• Nothing.

• The girl with the nose ring at the front desk is very rude.

• It was kind of quaint. Liked the little restaurant. Was quiet.
• Dusty smell in room. Really needs better maintenance.

“The hotel was easy to find from Hwy 87, and was very easy to get to the Angelo State campus. While the room was tidy in appearance, the room smelled dusty and the various patches done on the interior were kind of¿ ghetto" compared to some that I have seen. Lastly, the toilet paper dispenser was not screwed to the studs at all and I had to poke it back into the wall. The people there are nice, and easy to work with. They just may need a better carpenter.”
