• The linens were fresh.
• No happy hour snacks.

• Clean, logistically convenient, vending machines were all operable and fairly priced, continental breakfast was on time and well prepared.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The motel and all amenities were clean and functional and the Ramada chain is environmentally conscious by mentioning (in text form) to hang and re-use bath towels, although it is not mandated.”

• Very nice large room.
• It needed a restaurant.

“It was a great hotel, the receptionists were great, we got our room earlier than expected, they room was fantastic, very large and clean!”

• Nice size room, very comfortable, easy accessible, friendly staff.

“Very nice. The room was larger than expected which made it comfortable for all four of us. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.”

• Fabulous beds and bedding!
• Gave me wrong room assignment. I ended up rattling the door handle of the wrong room and had to back to front desk 2x before they figured out error.

“Nice (small) pool, satisfactory cold breakfast, fabulous beds and clean.”

• The continental breakfast was excellent.
• The pool was out of order.

“Overall, it was an enjoyable stay at the Ramada. I would recommend to family and friends when traveling in that area.”

• I liked the spacious rooms.
• The bathroom was not clean will not stay again.

“Everything was satisfactory except the cleanliness. The bottom of the bathtub was not clean at all. I gave my 1 year old showers instead of baths because the bottom of the tub was black and the adjustable shower head had black gunk under the dial. Also the bedspreads have an odor they need to be cleaned.”

• Good location and easy access to Bismarck and surrounding area.
• We had to exchange our key cards several times.

“All the staff from hotel was very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean along with rest of hotel.”
