• The rooms were attractive and quiet, the pool area great for our son.

“We were in town to visit relatives and our hotel was in an excellent location. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and attractive. The continental breakfast was very good and I appreciated the computer in the lobby for checking my e-mail.”

• Easy check in and check out, nice rooms, comfortable bed.
• Dining area for continental breakfast a little small.

“Spacious room with comfortable bed. Friendly maid. Coffee in room as well as more than just a continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub on 1st floor and open 6 am to 12 midnight.”

• Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Pool was very small, window faced loading dock for supermarket, loud at 5 am.

“The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful. My only complaint was the noise from the loading dock right outside my window. My other complaints would be breakfast ended early and the pool was small, but this seem to be a business oriented hotel.”

• The bedding was wonderful!
• The lobby was being renovated.

“The rooms were everything and more. The beds were so comfortable and the free breakfast was great with a lot of choices. My only complaint was that the lobby was "under construction." I would definitely stay there again.”

• The only thing I liked was the shower. I liked the water pressure.
• I did not like the bed. It was a cheap and uncomfortable hotel/motel bed. I had a very bad nights sleep.

“Room was very small, very average. The room's decor was also very strange, ie. neon green curtains etc. Shower was awesome. Bed was horrible. For the price you pay for a hotel room, no hotel should be using CHEAP hotel/motel matresses on their beds.”

• The continental breakfast was excellent and very clean. Our stay was perfect.
• The drapes at night did not keep enough light out of our room.

“The Fairfield Inn in Bismarck, ND, was difficult to locate. Once I located it, it was difficult to find the street to access it. I expected something a bit more upscale. It was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, there was no computer available, the room did not have a coffee maker and the breakfast included nothing at all for Low Carb people. The coffee on their breakfast buffet was good. I would probably not stay there again mainly due to the lack of amenities.”
