• The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was wonderful.
• We did not sleep well, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

“I would stay here again. The hotel was clean and smelled clean. The pool was small but perfect for our late night swim with our 3 year old. The breakfast was great and had a nice variety, we especially like the waffle maker and the nice older lady that was helping out. The vanity counter/sink was way to small. Another counter would have been great.”

• I like the location in regards to my access to medical access and their updates are attractive.
• The check-in clerk was less knowledgeable and friendly.

• Immaculate rooms, very modern and nicely decorated.
• Swimming pool location was a little awkward.

“Good location by the mall and cheap dining. Immaculate rooms and very nice bedding. We slept late and the maids did not bug us every ten minutes like they would elsewhere. The hotel lobby had lovely free coffee, an immaculate lobby and very friendly staff who greeted you as you went in and out. Great hotel - you can tell they put a lot of effort into making it so clean and friendly.”

• There were a couple of items on the breakfast bar that I could eat following the Weight Watchers program.
• Cereals were too sweet, oatmeal was great with raisons, hallway to elevator seemed confining.

“This is the second time we have stayed- liked it much better this time due to the remodeling. As noted it would be nice to see more low calorie, fruit choices on the breakfast bar- hard since fruit spoils fast. We probably would not stay due to the normal room costs.”

• This was a clean, comfortable hotel with mattress comfort that surpassed many higher priced chains.

• Requested a room change for two beds vs. one, was accommodated without hesitation. Very good.
• Smoke from smoking rooms was very strong, could smell in halls and seeped into our room.

“Very accommodating. Great continental breakfast. Good pool hours. Only thing I can say negatively was we ended up getting a room by a heavy smoker. The smoke smell was very strong. Otherwise, everything was very good.”

• Transferred us to a different Fairfileld because there were no non-smoking rooms available.
• Had to speak with the Manager to get a non-smoking room in a different hotel..

“The manager was very accomodating after we complained about the smoking room we were initially given at check-in. We had requested Non-smoking.”

• Location is out of the way for tired traveler.

“Nice hotel with indoor pool. Very good free morning breakfast. Staff is friendly. Good location to malls, restaurants. A little bit off the main path for people not used to the area.”

• I thought I had 2 queens per room. Ended up with a King and 1 queen with a rollaway

• This location had the softest beds.
• Rooms are small.

“This hotel ranks high on my list when it comes to quality and comfort. The beds are extremely soft, unlike many hotels that use rocks for mattresses. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The noise level from outside was near non-existent, while inside I did not hear any foot traffic, doors slamming nor the cleaning staff the next morning. The air conditioning worked great. The room, although narrow and small, was excellent in cleanliness and layout.”

• The internet service was great. Room was good comfortable and spacious.
• The water in the pool was a little too cold for us.

• The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating
• The bedspreads were insanely ugly!!!!!

“The Fairfield Inn is an average hotel - it was clean and the staff were friendly, but the decorating in the rooms left something to be desired - the fluorescent green bedspreads were obnoxious - bring sunglasses!!”

“The rooms were clean, but they were not kept up very well. We had several light bulbs missing from the light fixtures and the hear/air was very hard to regulate. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable and I will continue to use your hotel and services in the future as well as recommend your hotels.”

“We had a very nice room with a king sized bed. The sheets were not tucked in and were very wrinkled which could give the appearance of being slept on (hopefully not) and the mattress pad needs to reach the edge of the mattress. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel was clean other than the elevator which should have been vacuumed.”
