• The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
• The hotel seemed old and dirty.

“Worst Fairfield inn I have ever stayed. Breakfast buffet was small and had a very limited selection. Room and hallway was somewhat dirty. The ice machine was barely working.”

• The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
• Better instructions needed for the Belgian waffle machine.

“No hassle check-in or checkout. Facilities were very well maintained and very comfy. I will try to stay there again on my next travel to Lubbock.”
