• Nice appearance, good location, good professional staff.
• Could be a little cleaner, but not too bad. Check out time could be later.

• Fairly new motel, nice decor.
• Bathroom was dirty, pebble in my bed, breakfast not for everyone.

“When I walked into my room, it seemed like a nice clean Marriott hotel. However, when I walked into the bathroom, the sink faucet was filthy and no shampoo. It was like the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. When I crawled into bed, I felt something foreign - it was a small pebble.
It was definitely not up to the standards of a Marriott. Very disappointed. And to top it off, breakfast was not included! I told the desk clerk about it for her information - and she wasn't very concerned at all. Also disappointed.”

• Price for quality.
• Did not provide complimentary breakfast. Pool was small.

• It was very neat, clean, and quiet.
• Breakfast was not included in the price of the room.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Amarillo. It was conveniently located near the interstate, but still very quiet. We had a great room that met our needs well.”

• Bright bathrooms!
• Pool smelled very much like chlorine.

“Very nice room. The bathroom was very large with a seat in the shower/tub and was very bright unlike most hotel bathrooms. The room was very up-to-date; had a refrigerator but no microwave. The only negative was that the pool chlorine smell was so strong that it made us all start sneezing. Would definitely stay again.”

• Close to restaurants.
• Mediocre breakfast buffet

“Clean, easily accessible from I-40. Reasonably quiet. Staff very nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was on par with hotels of much lower quality. It was disappointing.”

• The front desk host was articulate and gave great directions.

“Traveling alone I felt very comfortable with the location of this hotel. The staff was professional and cordial. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a great place to unwind after traveling all day.”

• The rooms were very nice, free internet connection.
• Two stays here, only got regular coffee packets on first day.

“This seems to be fairly new hotel and the rooms were nice and furnishings good. Room had a refrigerator and coffee maker, but had a hard time getting coffee from maid. Courtyard does not provide free breakfast and this is a drawback since almost every motel provides some sort of free breakfast. Their buffet was around $8 for the same bland food you get everywhere else for free.”

• Big comfortable room with very nice decor.
• It did not have a traditional restaurant/bar area no place to socialize.

“I was very satisfied with the room and staff. I have stayed at many hotels from 2 stars to 5 stars and this is the nicest 3 star hotel I have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay there again, it was an exceptional value.”

• The professionalism of the wait staff.
• The morning supervisor of the breakfast area.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was clean and quite with comfortable beds. My only fault was with the morning supervisor of the breakfast area. She criticized the young waitress in front of customers and did not offer to assist until a large family entered. The young waitress was very courteous, was trying very hard to keep the tables bussed and provide the breakfast items for the clients.”

• Well, the room we were sent to was occupied, then sent to a room not clean, but staff was great about it.

• The ladies at front counter were very customer friendly.
• Wish my stay included a free breakfast.

“This hotel is well worth the money. I used the internet and pool/sauna. Everything was clean and well kept. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone.”

• Beautiful with a great pool.
• Refrigerator was broken, took 3 days to fix. Couldn't get messages off phone which they couldnt fix. No microwave in room.

“For the price I paid I did not receive the service or amenities I believe were warranted. There are too many hotels that offer much more for the same price.”
