• Friendly staff, big clean pool area.
• No continental breakfast.

“Friendly staff, even though we checked in quite late. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, pool area was a quite nice. Restaurant was a little pricey for a family of 4, but the complimentary coffee in the lobby was good.”

• Downgraded room, for dining.

“Room lacked fridge and micro that other rooms had. Cafe looked closed even when open.”

• Easy to find getting in and out was amazing.
• No elevator or elderly individuals.

• Staffed well, nice people.
• Restraint was good but under new management and facing some the challenges that go with it.

“Enjoyable, clean, has on site bar, eating and pool. Maybe just starting to need updating, showing a little age, but still a great value and stay.”

• The décor.
• We were in the non-smoking, but the smell of smoke was strong in our location.

“It was clean and had lovely decor, but we were surprised at how strong the smoke smell from cigarettes was in the hallway of the non-smoking section. That was very bothersome.”
