• Pricey considering the location.

“Beds and pillows are uncomfortable, did not get a good nights rest, can only attribute it to the bed and no other obvious issues.

• The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and quick to offer help.
• The maid started cleaning our room then didn't finish it right away and we had to wait.

“The hotel was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

• Very clean and pleasant, quiet.
• There was an incident at the pool that the staff said that would take care of but they didn't. It was a dangerous situation that shouldn't occur.

“The hotel was a nice ending to a long trip. Very clean and quiet. The kids loved it. The complimentary breakfast had a very good selection foods. The staff wasn't overly friendly (they seemed very put out with having to answer any questions) and refused to take care of a very dangerous situation at the pool (someone's child running around with the life saving device which was tethered to the pool steps). The staff was asked to address it, they said they would (quite rudely) but then the didn't. A friendly staff would have made this hotel perfect for its price range.”

• Excellent breakfast and helpful hotel staff
• The beds were small and not very comfortable. Air conditioning did not work well.

“We ended up with 2 double beds for 3 adults. The beds were way too small to share with 2 adults. The room was a little cramped, although the bathroom was very spacious with an excellent shower. The room was very clean and the exercise room was adequate. The pool was tiny, but the hot tub was nice.”

• Very nice room with fridge and microwave! It was centrally located to Roswell's main attractions. Awesome breakfast buffet!
• This is a hard one oh, when I went to check out, I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to the front counter, but otherwise excellent!

“This hotel is new and centrally located on the main street. It was easy to find. The hotel staff was very friendly and eager to met any needs I had. I loved the breakfast buffet with waffles, fruit, microwavable breakfast burritos and sausage biscuits. The rooms are well lit and have a microwave and refrigerator. Excellent room with nice queen size beds and beautiful decor.”

• I liked the color scheme of the room.
• The pool was being redone and it was noisy but it shouldn't be help.

“The hotel was nice and the personnel was cordial. My grandchildren liked the breakfast set-up.”
