• Hotel room has space for a refrigerator but they would not get one for us.

“I have stayed the past two weekends and the first time room did not have a refrigerator we were hotel guests for two days. This past weekend the same still no refrigerator. I have always in the past enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but they were not very accommodating. There is a space for one in the console cabinet.”

• Overall a nice experience.
• Bad neighborhood, as well as surroundings.

“This hotel overall was good, but I did not care for the idea of it being right on front of a liquor store. It was a bit uncomfortable seeing homeless people hanging around. I was concerned about the safety of our vehicle due to the rough characters in this neighborhood, going in and out of the liquor stores.”

• Indoor pool was sufficiently heated and clean.
• Beds were not as comfortable as expected.

“We would stay in this hotel again. It's conveniently located right off the interstate. The indoor pool was a definate plus very warm and clean. The room was nicely furnished although the beds seemed older and not as comfortable as we're accustomed to with Marriott.”

• Clean.
• Crowded, noisy, no parking.

“Very nice and clean, friendly staff but expected more. there was never any parking, it was very noisey and a lot of people which made it hard for me to enjoy quiet time with kids. pool was in an awkward location, and there was poor
TV channels to choose from ( like only 8 ) not very kid friendly. For business great for family poor.”

• Location. Great staff, clean well appointed rooms, especially on the 7th floor.
• Parking was crowded, I had to park in the lot across the street.

“I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. They are right on the Pueblo River Walk and convenient to everything. This is a clean and comfortable hotel.”

“This hotel/motel was nice inside the room but it was very noisy outside the room. The garbage trucks came early and you could hear anyone outside walking by your room. I would not stay here again.”

• It felt like we were staying in a fancy place.
• We had to pay extra for - Internet, breakfast, etc. With fewer stars these have been free, so this was disappointing.

“This hotel was very nice and was clearly setup for business travel - charging extra for anything and everything. It was located right at the Pueblo Convention Center (also showing business traveler preference). We enjoyed it for what it was, but we will probably not stay there again because of the inconvenience of having to pay extra for everything. In my experience, you get more for your money when you stay somewhere with fewer stars - refrigerator (or even a partial kitchen), free breakfast, free Internet, etc.”

• The room size was amazing! The accommodations were great! The pool was perfect!
• I cannot think of anything.

“I could go on and on about this hotel. It was amazing! Everyone was so helpful. The other family of four that went with us had another room. They needed a roll-away bed since the hotel gave both of our families a room with one King. We informed the people behind the front desk, who were so busy. We were not sure they would remember to call for the roll-away. When we got back from eating dinner it was already there. The rooms were big and so comfortable. Even though we were by a busy street, we could not hear the outside world much at all.”

• Very friendly and accommodating staff.
• There was no parking at the hotel on Saturday night, had to walk to get to hotel.

“It was very nice and met my expectations. However, do not stay here when there are events down town because there will be no parking! The hotel is located downtown and has no room for parking if there are events occurring in the community down town as well. Because of this, they comped all of my meals and extra charges made to my room!”

• Well located, attractive room, friendly staff.
• The food in the restaurant was very poor. The fruit selection was limited and clearly days old. The cooked meals weren't cooked properly.

“As stated the rooms were very nice. Our room was spacious and attractive. The pool area could have used a face lift, but was adequate. The restaurant in terms of the quality of the food and the service was very poor.”

• It was clean and neat and friendly.
• We were told we would have 2 queen size beds, instead it was 2 full size beds.

“The hotel staff was very courteous and quick at their jobs. My son fell and they were quick to medicine for him from the gift shop without charging us for it. Check out was a breeze, and the rooms were nice. I wish they had 2 queens in a room, instead of 2 full.”

• Location was nice.
• Room location was awful, next to a party 2 of 3 nights, horrible time sleeping due to noise.

“Hotel was nice, central location. Other than that it was a bad experience. We were located across from a meeting room that had two late night parties, three of the nights we were there. It was loud and the only compensation the hotel had for us was, they comped a breakfast we had (which wasn't good anyway). They said they could move us our final night at 10:00 PM, but they really didn't feel like they had to go above and beyond.”

“We went to Pueblo for a Fund Raiser We arrived at Four and walked in the door. The man at the counter checked us in and since the event began Six, we did not even swim. I took a shower within the hour. The water was not hot. The room was clean, the bed was king. Pillows galore, all landed on the floor. The next day we were gone.”

• It was clean, friendly and close to everything I needed.
• Not enough parking at night for hotel guests. The pool was cold and the area is falling apart.

“The staff was prepared for us when we arrived and our room was ready. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. There was plenty of towels and everything that we needed. Check out was fast and easy. We did not utilize the restaurant, but I would have liked to have tried it.”

“This Hotel was very easy to get to. The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. The view was terrible, and at night the lights cleared into our room that were shinning to light up the Marriot Sign. Overall, it was above average.”

• That it was so close to the freeway entrance and easy on/off access.
• The view out my window was the ugly dirty seedy side of the freeway.

“It was clean, but the sink was very slow to drain and the water in the sink and toilet were very cloudy, couldn't drink the water or brush my teeth. I had to go out and buy bottled water to do that.”

• Make promises that they did not keep.

• The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the town. We could walk everywhere.
• Some of the staff was extremely helpful and some were not.

“The hotel has nice rooms and a nice pool and whirlpool. It's also in the center of Pueblo and you can walk to all of the restaurants, coffee places, bars and shops.”

• They have the best beds and bedding.
• Did not like that I could not choose the type of room I wanted, was very happy with the King size bed but the other room needed to be two queens.

• The bedding was great and the bed very comfortable.
• It was jam packed with kids for a soccer tournament. Noisy.

“I have children myself so I am not complaining about having kids around. However, it was overloaded with kids and many of them were very loud. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay.”
