• Location was nice.
• Room location was awful, next to a party 2 of 3 nights, horrible time sleeping due to noise.

“Hotel was nice, central location. Other than that it was a bad experience. We were located across from a meeting room that had two late night parties, three of the nights we were there. It was loud and the only compensation the hotel had for us was, they comped a breakfast we had (which wasn't good anyway). They said they could move us our final night at 10:00 PM, but they really didn't feel like they had to go above and beyond.”

“We went to Pueblo for a Fund Raiser We arrived at Four and walked in the door. The man at the counter checked us in and since the event began Six, we did not even swim. I took a shower within the hour. The water was not hot. The room was clean, the bed was king. Pillows galore, all landed on the floor. The next day we were gone.”

• It was clean, friendly and close to everything I needed.
• Not enough parking at night for hotel guests. The pool was cold and the area is falling apart.

“The staff was prepared for us when we arrived and our room was ready. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. There was plenty of towels and everything that we needed. Check out was fast and easy. We did not utilize the restaurant, but I would have liked to have tried it.”

“This Hotel was very easy to get to. The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. The view was terrible, and at night the lights cleared into our room that were shinning to light up the Marriot Sign. Overall, it was above average.”

• That it was so close to the freeway entrance and easy on/off access.
• The view out my window was the ugly dirty seedy side of the freeway.

“It was clean, but the sink was very slow to drain and the water in the sink and toilet were very cloudy, couldn't drink the water or brush my teeth. I had to go out and buy bottled water to do that.”

• The A/C in the room didnt seem to cool it off at all.

• It was a nice hotel but messing up my reservation messed up trip.
• Make promises that they did not keep.

• The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the town. We could walk everywhere.
• Some of the staff was extremely helpful and some were not.

“The hotel has nice rooms and a nice pool and whirlpool. It's also in the center of Pueblo and you can walk to all of the restaurants, coffee places, bars and shops.”

• Did not like that I could not choose the type of room I wanted, was very happy with the King size bed but the other room needed to be two queens.

“This is the second time staying in this hotel, and will definitely stay there again when I visit Pueblo.”

• The bedding was great and the bed very comfortable.
• It was jam packed with kids for a soccer tournament. Noisy.

“I have children myself so I am not complaining about having kids around. However, it was overloaded with kids and many of them were very loud. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay.”

• Very, very worn towels and plumbing.

“The room I stayed in was clean. The towels were frayed and discolored. You had to let the water run for a long time before it was hot. The motel room I stayed in was a 2 star motel room not a 3 star.”

• The rooms were clean with an extremely comfortable bed and great bedding. Very quiet rooms.
• The Jacuzzi was not working properly, but the mgr. said it was being fixed.

“Great hotel in a wonderful location next to the Arkansas River and convention center. Very central to I-25 and easy to find. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I'd love to go back.”

• I have nothing bad to say about it.

“The Marriott rooms were clean. The location is perfect for pueblo. There are restaurants and museums within walking distance. The staff was professional and friendly. Inside the rooms were coffee makers, small refrigerators, small micro wave ovens, and nice furniture. There is a nice bar and fireplace in the lobby area where it is nice to hang out in the evening. I have stayed here several times in the past and will stay there again in the future.”

• Attractive room, extraordinarily comfortable bed, well appointed.
• What was that stain on the carpet? The whirlpool jets were weak. Why did the toilet 'run'?

“Great location, well kept lobby and halls. Staff was helpful though not outgoing, on balance they were fine. Seemed to have a couple plumbing problems. The room was quite attractive though the carpet had a mysterious stain on the floor between the two beds; perhaps wax or fruit juice. Nice TV and other amenities. Overall a very nice hotel that warrants a three star but also needs to attend to a couple maintenance issues. Enjoyed the stay!”

• The quality of furnishing and beddings in what was just a basic room.
• Having to go through the front lobby and past the restaurant to go to the pool and fitness are.

“Was really impressed by the quality. Just got a basic room with king size bed. Completely forgot really needed two beds, but there was a nice pullout sofa bed. All of the bedding and furnishings were great quality. Ordered room service and was really surprised by the low prices considering the large portions and quality of food. The hotel is easy to find and access from the highway, located right in the newly revived Pueblo downtown area. It is within walking distance to local sites, museum, and local eateries of all kinds. Only negative thing I can think of is that you have to go through the main lobby and past the restaurant/bar to access the pool/fitness area. Feels a little awkward coming out of the pool area and walking through such a formal setting.”

• The computer service was costly - it should be free.

“I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. This was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in and if traveling to Pueblo again I'll hope to return to the Marriott. Everything was very pleasing to the eye, the hotel was right off the freeway and easy to find, plus it's centrally located, just down the street from the River walk. I enjoyed my stay very much.”

• We were able to get a fold out couch for our 3 young children. There was a big bath tub.
• There was not a complimentary continental breakfast.

“There was a nice king sized bed. We were able to get a room with a fold out couch for our 3 young children. The tub was large. The entire bath area was enclosed so not to disturb family in the morning. We didn't get a chance to visit the pool or exercise room. The only thing we didn't like was that although they had a menu in the room there wasn't a free continental breakfast.”

• It was clean, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. They also accommodated us by giving us a room with two beds since we had our 17 years old son.
• There wasn't much around the hotel in terms of places to eat especially on the weekend.

“We were delayed to check in , room wasn't ready. Room wasn't what we wanted. We wanted 2 beds. We got 1 king and sofa bed that was unacceptable. We weren't allowed to wait for delayed check in, because of wedding party in lobby, so we had to leave, and return 40 min later. We had plans to have our son meet us there at check in, messed everything up.”
