• The hotel room was spacious, the beds were comfortable.
• The breakfast buffet did not support a budget traveler.

“ The Courtyard Marriott is a beautiful hotel, with all the comforts and amenities one would need with limited time to relax on a trip. The pillows were excellent! The room and bathroom very clean! All the staff were gracious and could answer all of my questions. ”

“Great facility for flying in and out of DIA. The airport is so far from Downtown Denver, that this place is a great spot to stay before flying out early morning. The hotel was extremely comfortable, well decorated, and very clean.”

• Friendly, organized & prompt shuttle, clean, safe.
• American breakfast was not tasty, sausages gross looking & tasting.

“We were very pleased to learn we got the Courtyard hotel. Inside rooms are cozier and overlook the courtyard, but we had an outside room overlooking the parking lot but it was totally okay.”

• The decor of the hotel room was very cool - furniture, fabric, etc.

“We only stayed one night, before we had an early flight out of Denver Airport, but I wished we could've stayed longer. The bed, pillows and linens were luxurious, and the furnishings (couch, paintings, fabric, wall color) were pleasing and chic. Staff was gracious and helpful.”

• Did not clean my bathroom floor in morning and the fan on furnace was annoying.

• Nice, close to airport.

“This is a very nice hotel. Beds were comfy, rooms clean, and staff friendly. It is close by to the Denver airport. Your car can stay in the hotel parking lot to save on parking fairs at the airport parking. The hotel shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the hotel and back. Very convenient. We will stay again.”

• Clean, close to airport.
• No continental breakfast. The breakfast buffet was quite pricey. We were in a room just off the elevator so you could hear people talking when they got off the elevator.

“The hotel was beautiful and clean. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. I definitely would stay here again. Upon arrival, I walked in ahead of a gentleman. We both approached the counter and although I should have been helped first the counter person helped the gentleman, maybe she felt since he was dressed in a suit and I was dressed in jeans, he was more important then I was.”

• The decor of the room was beautiful, nicely coordinated in each room.

“The hotel lobby was spacious, and the dining room was inviting. Our room was more spacious than most, and the decor was fabulous and coordinated beautifully. It was a room we could stay in and truly relax, for many days.”

“This hotel is spiffy-clean and oriented to the traveler. Very close to DIA, terrific breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds! State of the art workout room, with pool and vigorous hot-spa adjacent. Can't beat this hotel.”

• Everything felt brand new and had a wonderful atmosphere in the lobby.
• Nothing, It was perfect.

“The hotel was fabulous, from the shuttle pickup to the checking, and restaurant staff chasing after me to help me with my bags that never happens! The room was amazing,
I could have lived there for a longer time, it was so spacious and stylish.

• Close to airport.
• Unreliable staff.

“Overall our stay was good since the bed was comfortable and the room had a good lay out. The problem was we never received our wake up call that we requested and we had a morning flight out! Plus when we went to go make coffee the pot was dirty from the previous room guests. The staff did not give us directions to our room but elevators were easy to find. We did not see it on the list of amenities and did realize the hotel had one until we were leaving.

• Pillows were soft, big, fluffy, and wonderful to sleep on.
• Matress on bed was a bit hard for my taste.

• Close to airport yet quiet.
• The decor was less than desirable. Hideous wallpaper!

“Very nice, clean, newer hotel. Friendly staff, complimentary newspaper in the morning. Loved everything about it except the wallpaper and decor of our room. Maybe it was just me, but I thought it was ugly. Certainly not a reason to avoid the hotel. Everything else was excellent!”

• Room décor was very classy!
• Pool chemicals or salinity- my son got severe irritation from using pool. No mirror in bedroom.

“Great for airport travelers. Pool needs to be tested for salinity/chemical balance, extreme eye irritants caused major problems for my son. Food in restaurant needs better taste and variety, menu far too limited. Staff was very friendly, beds very comfortable and overall hotel was nice, clean and quiet.”

• Elevators worked intermittently.

“Right by the airport makes this hotel convenient as well as lovely. The lobby bar and restaurant were roomy, and comfortable, and the morning coffee was a welcome treat. The pool was great but the best feature was the room itself: lovely warm decor, with luxury bedding and linens. Real comforters and perfect pillows. This hotel was truly a pleasure to come back to after a full day of sightseeing.”

• It was very clean, attractive, comfortable.
• The power went out for about a half hour.

“We had a great experience in this hotel. Room was very nice, staff was helpful and courteous. We had the breakfast buffet and it was good. Thank you for a very nice stay and we will return to this hotel if the need arises.”

• Wish they had complimentary continental breakfast.

• Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and nice.
• The pool and hot tub area were not maintained at all, water smelled and hot tube filled with foam. Same trash in area for days.

“Although we loved the hotel and location the pool area was a great disappointment. It smelled bad and was never cleaned. Hot tub was full of foam as soon as you turned the jets on. Well bellow normal standards of a Marriott. It remained that way for the two days we were there.”

• The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were excellent.
• The food prices were a little higher than we'd expected.

“Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. Our check-in went smoothly and, exhausted from the day's travels, we slept soundly on their wonderful beds. We'd be glad to return to this hotel.”

• They hotel was in a very good location. We also thought the shuttle was very helpful.
• When we were at dinner, our waitress went out for a smoke break and the whole time our food was sitting there waiting for us.

“The hotel was nice and very clean. The only thing that we did not like was that our waitress decided to take a smoke break, mean while, our food sat there for over 10 min under the heat lamps and whatever was suppose to be cold was hot, and whatever was hot was cold. The worse thing about it all was that we were the only people in the restaurant.”

“I was very happy until I called the hotel and found out they stopped offering parking. Unless you booked threw them, you can not leave you car overnight while you go on you trip. I guess that also means no free shuttle to the airport.”

• Large fireplace in lobby, great restaurant buffet.
• Bed was hard, shower leaked onto floor, 19 inch TV, definitely not the top dollar place.

“We called upon arrival at the Denver airport, and within 5 minutes the shuttle van was there. The hotel is not close to the airport (10 minutes), but I don't know if any hotels are that close to the Denver airport. Check in was fine, the lobby has a nice sitting area with a huge roaring fireplace. Nice atmosphere. The restaurant is sort of just right in the middle of the lobby, but the food was excellent. No free breakfast, though. The room was downright disappointing. Compared to many hotels these days with larger TVs in rooms, and some even with had, the 19" TV was tiny and the bed was hard, with barely any blanket (nothing like the Hilton beds. The bathroom was a handicap shower, wheelchair accessible, but water ends up all over the floor, despite the curtain.”
