• I liked that the hotel had its own shuttle to the airport.

“It was a great hotel and the price I got it for was amazing. There were cookies upon arrival and a very nice breakfast included in the price. The shuttle went directly from the hotel to the airport which was terrific. The hotel was very nice.”

• They have a great pool and spa with an ocean view, live music and night and a great happy hour.
• Our balcony overlooked a dirty rooftop above the pool.

“The common areas and location are really great. The room was so but we were happily not in it all that much since there is so much to do on Oahu. The Italian/Chinese restaurant in the hotel was delish! Also be sure to check out the pool at happy hour- great drink and app specials with an ocean & sunset view.”

• Clean and convenient.
• It's a long way from greater Denver, but convenient to airport.

“Clean, new hotel. Normal pool and hot tub. Shuttle service to Denver airport with frequent, flexible departures. About 3 miles to the best sports bar in the area. About a mile from a Prairie Dog colony, if you've never seen one or have kids with. Very close to a couple of restaurants: Ruby Tuesday and an upscale Italian called something like Ciccio's. Convenient to the E470 tollway and I-70.”

• We needed help with oxygen tank we could not check at airport, they picked it up & kept it until our return. Shuttle to & from airport was great!
• Everything was perfect.

“Clean comfortable room, close to handicap parking making handling of luggage manageable. Staff was very helpful. The airline had said we could check a small portable oxygen tank, but when we got to the airport it was not acceptable as carry on or checked luggage. The hotel sent the shuttle driver who picked it up, took it back to the hotel and held it until our return 4 days later. This, being able to park our car at the hotel and shuttle to and from the hotel was exceptional service.”

• Free continental breakfast was very nice.
• The room was all bed with very little space otherwise. Hard to move around. There were hairs in the bathroom that didn't belong to us.

“The staff was friendly for the most part. The hotel was very old looking. The room was pretty small, and not very clean. The mysterious hairs found in the bathroom really, really freaked me out.”

“Hotel was great - staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in helping us with what we needed - early morning (4 am) breakfast and shuttle service to airport. Rooms were large with plenty of room and king beds.”

“This was just a brief overnight stay for an event we attended near the airport. Close to airport, free shuttle and breakfast were all a plus. Price was great and it suited my needs well. I forgot my cell phone and a shuttle driver went to the room, and returned it to me at the airport. That was great service!”

• The deluxe continental breakfast was wonderful.
• The clerk handed us our card without telling us what room we were in or how to get there.

“For the price this property was fine. Unfortunately the hotel description did not adequately describe its' amenities such as the swimming pool and continental breakfast. Very poor customer service at the front counter. The clerk didn't smile, she handed us our card and started to help the next customer without telling us our room number or how to get to the room.”

• Facility maintenance is start to slip. Tiles in the elevator and carpet in halls are dirty.

“This is a very nice hotel in an awesome location. However, they need to continue to maintain their hotel or it will turn into a dump like 75% of the other hotels in this price range.”

• The room itself was just fine.
• Practically non-working shuttle service to airport. This is an airport hotel.

“The Fairfield shuttle to airport was advertised as running every 20 minutes. I called for a shuttle from the airport at 9:10 pm the eve of Jan 11. They said they would be there in 20 minutes. No Fairfield shuttles came by for the next hour. It was 18 degrees outside as I waited. One hour later I ran back inside the airport and called again. Evidently my first message never got from front desk to shuttle driver. Front desk person said the two Fairfield shuttles were sitting outside! One should have been on the circuit. At 10:45 pm the shuttle finally showed up. A number of people got on. Reached Fairfield at 11 pm. Room was very cold but warmed up within an hour. I was very cold and exhausted! I would not stay at this hotel again if I needed shuttle service.”

“While facilities were fine the hotel overbooked and we were not able to get a room. The staff, while courteous, definitely were giving us ( and several other guests who were checking in at the same time, the brush off. It would be very difficult to recommend this facility to others.”

“We had to drop my brother off at the airport, and were fortunate enough to get this Hotel. We also wanted to go the Flea Market while in town. The Front Desk Lady pulled up the map from the Internet and explained how to get there. That is just one example of the service that was offered to us. The rooms were clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying there again.”

• I liked the continental breakfast. They had a good selection of food that was offered for breakfast considering there was no charge for it.
• Since we basically arrived late for a one night stay there is nothing we really had a chance to a have time to find something we did not like.

“It was much better I thought than the two star rating it was given. We just need something to sleep the night on our way to another destination but we thought we would easily have enjoyed staying a week if we weren't doing something else.”

• Very disappointed during check in, when I was told that there is no room available for me (which I have already paid for). I was told to go elsewhere.

“The staff is not friendly nor helpful. My flight was delayed two hours and therefore I did not check in at the hotel until around 11:30pm. During check in, I was told by the hotel staff that the hotel is full and there is no room for me. He told me to go to another hotel nearby (Days inn) and pay for it myself. The staff insisted and refused to help me with arrangement for another hotel. After 20 minutes arguing with him, desperate, I told the staff that I would watch everyone that comes in the door that night and make sure that he was telling the truth. After that, he backed down and told me that there is a room available for me: a room with a King bed (the type of room I paid for) and checked me in. However, if I didn't insisted as hard as I did, I wouldn't have got the room.”

• The hotel had complementary bus service to the airport and also it had breakfast.

• Because the hotel is located next to the La Quinta, I passed it up three times. I either need better glasses or they need a bigger sign.

• My room was a handicapped room. It wasn't as warm and comfortable as a regular room would be.
