“While facilities were fine the hotel overbooked and we were not able to get a room. The staff, while courteous, definitely were giving us ( and several other guests who were checking in at the same time, the brush off. It would be very difficult to recommend this facility to others.”

• We disliked nothing.

“We had to drop my brother off at the airport, and were fortunate enough to get this Hotel. We also wanted to go the Flea Market while in town. The Front Desk Lady pulled up the map from the Internet and explained how to get there. That is just one example of the service that was offered to us. The rooms were clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying there again.”

• I liked the continental breakfast. They had a good selection of food that was offered for breakfast considering there was no charge for it.
• Since we basically arrived late for a one night stay there is nothing we really had a chance to a have time to find something we did not like.

“It was much better I thought than the two star rating it was given. We just need something to sleep the night on our way to another destination but we thought we would easily have enjoyed staying a week if we weren't doing something else.”

• Very disappointed during check in, when I was told that there is no room available for me (which I have already paid for). I was told to go elsewhere.

“The staff is not friendly nor helpful. My flight was delayed two hours and therefore I did not check in at the hotel until around 11:30pm. During check in, I was told by the hotel staff that the hotel is full and there is no room for me. He told me to go to another hotel nearby (Days inn) and pay for it myself. The staff insisted and refused to help me with arrangement for another hotel. After 20 minutes arguing with him, desperate, I told the staff that I would watch everyone that comes in the door that night and make sure that he was telling the truth. After that, he backed down and told me that there is a room available for me: a room with a King bed (the type of room I paid for) and checked me in. However, if I didn't insisted as hard as I did, I wouldn't have got the room.”

• The hotel had complementary bus service to the airport and also it had breakfast.
• Nothing.

“The staff at the hotel was very accommodating to our needs. They picked us up at the airport at mid-night and provided a light a snack. The rooms were very clean and it had a very comfortable bed.”

• Because the hotel is located next to the La Quinta, I passed it up three times. I either need better glasses or they need a bigger sign.

“I loved the whole experience!! The only problem that I had was going grocery shopping for my next trip. It's a long walk down to the stores but I'm sure if I would have asked the hotel would have taken me.”

• Didn't get-ask for handicap. room; vacuuming the hall way when we still had three hours to enjoy our room;-would like to have had our pet.

“This motel was very clean, we got a USA newspaper free. We received a friendly greeting even though we were later than we anticipated. They were quick to give a brief rundown of all the amenities available to us when we arrived.”

• sheets were very uncomfortable.

• Everything was great at this hotel.

“This hotel is very close to the Denver International Airport. It is in a cluster of hotels and from my point of view, it was great. There's a couple of restaurants nearby and about two miles down tower road is a grocery store, drug store, gas station and a few fast food places. They have complimentary airport shuttle and a free continental breakfast each morning. The rooms were very clean and big. I don't know why anyone would want to stay elsewhere.”

• The price was fabulous. Breakfast was substantial unlike other continental breakfasts I have seen. Computer in lobby with printer a plus.
• They promised me non-smoking, 2 double beds for my children, and I and we only got a King bed for the three of us and no extra cots available.

“Clean, family hotel with fireplace in lobby. 10 minutes from airport. No real views or romance for couples, but great for families. If you get there late, you may not get the room you wanted, but the price is right to make up for it. We got a steal.”

• The quality of the facilities and my room were great for a 2 star hotel.
• They ran out of breakfast items and it took awhile to restock.

“The hotel was nice, and the staff was helpful. The pool was out of order when I arrived, which would have been bad had I been traveling with my children. The pool was operational by my second and final night. The breakfast was adequate for a continental, but they ran out of coffee and waffle mix at the waffle station. Not major, but it seemed they were not watching the area too closely. The hotel staff replenished both areas when it was brought to their attention. Overall, the room and bed were very comfortable and I would stay there again.”

• I liked the swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
• We made reservations for two beds, but received a king size bed instead.

“The service was slow after a late night flight and we stood outside in the freezing air for about 30 minutes while waiting for a shuttle to the hotel. Then we waited in the check in line for another 30 minutes at the hotel. We were traveling with two small children and it was not pleasant.”

• The room was spotless and the comforters were bright and cheery.
• The front desk staff seemed as though they had better things to do then to help us check in and the lady that checked us out was down right rude.

“The hotel was beautiful and the facilities we fantastic. Breakfast was much more than I expected. We ran out of bagels and the girl that was there was really quick at bringing more. If it wasn't for the front desk people it would have been perfect.”

• It was very clean, great exercise room & delicious breakfast.
• The staff at the hotel could have been a little more friendly.

“The Fairfield, Denver is a very nice hotel. It is close to the main interstates and airport. The hours for the breakfast were great since our family had to get on the road early. We could also access the pool and workout room late on the evening we arrived. We had a pleasant stay at a very clean, neat hotel.”

• The lobby internet wasn't working and hallway light which I reported on night of stay was twitching.

“Check in was simple, however, when I ask to be on the top floor, from now on I'll reiterate that. There are 3 floors and I called prior to trip and requested a higher floor. I'm fairly quiet and it seems that when one is above me, it may be noise.”

“Excellent value. Hotel is convenient to Denver International Airport, with free shuttle service. Continental breakfast is included. Wireless internet access is available at no additional charge. Except for continental breakfast, meals are not served. There are several restaurants in walking distance, some of which deliver to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean.”
