• The staff was great; the pool and hot tub were very nice.
• Dirty walls in room, no fridge, no microwave, had to pay for internet, could not connect our game system to the TV, hotel game system was down.

“The overall hotel was great, but the hallway, we were in, was like a scene out of The Shining. The first thing we saw when we entered the room was a dirty wall. No microwave or fridge was a huge inconvenience. The hotel Nintendo game system was down during our stay and the TV was set up to not allow personal game systems to plug in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; the common areas were very nice and we loved the pool and hot tub. Great view of the mountains from the room.”

• Location!
• There was not fridge in the room.

“The location was awesome, room was great. There was just no where to put water or drinks to keep them cold. Being on a business trip it is just nice to be able to have bottled water and keep it cold.”

• Not a lot to like.
• Smell, noise, and layout.

“Smells like a nursing home, could hear the people next to me talking loudly at 5AM, thin walls. moldy shower, very loud fan in bathroom, No free Wi-Fi, ice machine not working, every hallway looks the same. The restaurant was terrible.”

• Nice rooms, and a very accommodating staff.
• No vouchers for restaurant for discounted dining.

“The rooms were very spacious and nice. Very quiet area. When price line booked a king bed they were very helpful in switching it to 2 queen beds( had problems with this at other hotels). Overall I highly recommend this hotel.”

• The location and the room and the pool was very pleasing.
• The elevator was out when we got there and had to lug the bags up stairs.

• Queen sized beds.
• No window in the hotel room.

“Hotel was very nice but the only window in the room was a sliding glass door that opened into the hallway. There was no natural light in the room. You never never what time it was or how the weather was because you could not see outside. It was very strange.”

• Plenty of parking
• Very dark rooms and corridors. Mold on ceiling in bath.

“This hotel doesn't live up to the star rating. The bathroom was so dark it was hard to even see to shower much less apply makeup and fix hair. Bathroom toiletries were not restocked sufficiently. The corridors are very long and dark. As with most higher priced hotels, internet access was not free nor was breakfast. We didn't use the pools though they appeared nice. A putting green and children's play area were shown on the hotel map but we didn't find either. Wouldn't choose to stay here again.”

• Spacious rooms and very clean.
• Lots of rooms with large sliding glass doors a stone throw away from the interstate.

“Beautiful rooms and swimming area. Did not have time to explore all facilities. My room was close to the interstate, rather than an inner room. Just curious if that was because I got such a great deal.”

• Nice bedding, comfortable.
• Room needed vacuumed. Hallway to rooms needed vacuumed.

“The hotel was comfortable, the lobby was beautiful and looked inviting. Our room needed to be vacuumed along with the hallway to the rooms. Other than that it looked and seemed clean. Maybe just a lazy vacuum runner on the job that day.”

• The location.
• Room had old, dirty carpet, no natural light, dark , no good
  TV channels for kids.

“The location, and staff was nice. Was able to get a fridge in room. Room was dark, dusty, dirty and very small. Not good for kids, pool was very cold and hot tub was not hot.”

“The hotel was clean and quiet. My room had been updated, and work was in progress in other areas such as hallways. Location was near a convenience store, shopping center and restaurants. Freeway access quick and close by.

• Location and the pool was a plus. Room was clean and quiet.
• They didn't serve breakfast.

“There are views of the mountains that are awesome and the beds were very comfortable. After a long drive we were happy to see they had a hot tub and pool and we took advantage of that during our stay .”

• The front desk was willing to accommodate and switch us to a room that didn't have a balcony that my child's head could fit through.
• They were renovating and half of the hotel was very dingy and the elevators were not at all accessible.

“This hotel could be much better once their 14 million dollar renovation is finished. We were first put in a room that had faulty lighting, a dirty balcony with bars that were not up to code and my son's head fit right through. The staff was accommodating enough to give us 3 free dinners that evening, so that was about the only bright side to this rocky start.”

• New bedding and carpet but wall covering was not new.

“Loved the addition of eye covering and ear plugs and sleep well CD. Great shower and amenities. Leaking sink at the faucets. Needs tightened or caulking. Restaurant breakfast was horrible for the price. Poor quality of food, eggs too dry and crunchy, sweet bacon on the buffet. We ate at other diner type restaurants in the area for the same price.”

• Great linens and mattress. Nice décor, great gym.
• So big halls were confusing.

“Very pleased with our room, the gym and the pool. Lovely decor and wonderful quality sheets. Really comfortable mattresses. Nice bath products. Halls were confusing and pool hard to find due to large size of resort. Maid service was very late in day and she did not clean coffee pot or leave coffee, but when I called they brought some to us. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.”

“The hotel is currently under renovation so access to the front lobby was impossible without a lot of walking. There is a $10 charge to access wireless service from the room on a daily basis where most hotels at this level offer free wireless access in the room.”

• It was much more upscale than we expected, but very comfortable.
• It was hard to find the elevator and easy to get lost within the building.

“We only stayed for one night, but the hotel was very nice. The room was clean and inviting. The hotel was situated in a perfect location for our purposes.”

• A place to stay and got a roll away bed right away.
• The staff was not overly friendly, the bathroom did not smell clean, one bed had to get a roll away bed.

“Fairly convenient distance to restaurants, fairly friendly staff clean bed. One bed (instead of a double) told it must have been a mix up with check in.? Would not recommend it.”

• Staff was not that helpful because give me wrong key for the room.

“When I got to my room there was someone else in the room so I had to back for a new room I waited for a long time for someone to help me that the new room had a few things wrong with like the light's did not work the ice-maker was broken had to walk around to two or three before I found one that work.”

• The lobby and rooms were well done.
• The service was horrible!

“This hotel is not a bad place to stay if you just need a room. However the service left an awful lot to be desired and I think that I would have rather stayed at a super 8 or a motel 6. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant experience.”

• The room was very spacious and quiet and the shower head was wonderful.
• The hotel was spread out and was hard to find the room and the amenities, did not have a refrigerator or microwave and you had to pay for internet.

“The hotel was in the final stages of being remodeled. The room that we were in was very spacious and the shower head was great. The room was very quite. The indoor pool was clean and the Jacuzzi was great.”

• Comfortable beds and good location, nice lobby.
• Our room was quite a walk from the elevator and the air conditioning was old and not working very well.

“I believe this hotel has good potential but I would rate it is 2.5 star. The only thing that makes it 3 star is the restaurant on premises as well as a very nice little snack and cafe store.”

• Nice rooms and nice view of the mountains.
• The management of this place did not work to fix our complaints about keyless entry or toilet overflows. They could only say 'we are sorry'!

“I was so excited to see the hotel. It looked really nice. Well the first thing our key would work in the outside entrance. So we had to go through the building to get to our room. This happened 2 nights in a row and all the management could say is it happens in rainy weather and that they are sorry! The next thing that happened was the toilet overflowed twice and we told them both times but they only came to fix it the 2nd time. We asked maintenance to leave us the plunger in case it happens again. He said he only had one plunger! We asked for more towels at the time we wanted to toilet fixed and had to call again for that because that is housekeeping not maintenance. What a joke! Then when housekeeping brought us towels, she wanted to clean and we said later and she kept asking is that all and we told her to come back later to clean. Well guess what she went away and we left for the day and came back to a room that had not been cleaned. I think she didn't speak English and did not understand what we were saying. Get some English speaking people for housekeeping or send them back. Overall I would be very hesitant to go here again.”

• Our room had sheets that were dirty, but the hotel kindly gave us new ones.
