• The business center has only one computer so if some one set I have to wait for coupled hours.

“The good thing in this hotel they have free parking, but the thing that i did not like the business center has only one computer so if some one set I have to wait for coupled hours, I have been waiting until 1:30am to use the computer.”

• Good Food, good service, very nice rooms.
• The shuttle service to the airport.

“This hotel had great staff. The rooms were beautiful and the food was excellent. The location was convenient to the airport. I was more than pleased with my experience. The only thing I would recommend is that the hotel tells it is customers that the shuttle stops at several hotels on it's way to the airport and that it only runs on the half and hour. I almost missed my plane. I would have given myself much more time if I had this information.”

• It was really clean, the pillows and blankets were especially comfy, nice soap.
• The desk staff was too business like.

“It is out of the way, in an area with a bunch of hotels and chain restaurants. Not quite as close to the airport as I thought. But it is been recently renovated, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Nice big TV, nice Sunday brunch buffet, lots of facilities we did not use, like the exercise room. We were very happy there after a week of camping, it felt quite luxurious.”

• Rowdy boys in pool, hot tub area, no supervision.

“I stay at this hotel because it was close to restaurants and shopping. My car was parked very close to the front door and was broken into. The police told me that it happens a lot in this area. Thieves broke a $200.00 window to steal my wife's knitting. The desk clerk did not act too concerned.”

• It felt very elegant, spacious, comfortable & clean.
• Should have a large mirror in bedroom & more then 1 trash can.

• The bellhop wasn't helpful.

“Central location to many different areas of Denver; clean, upscale rooms. Clean indoor pool with big towels. I felt safe and comfortable with the hotel and area.”

• Very convenient for the Denver Airport. Clean.

“My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night before we flew home. The location is convenient for the Denver Airport. There is a shuttle bus if you don't have a car, otherwise it is about 15 mins drive. Several restaurants are located within walking distance. The hotel is newly renovated and clean & comfortable. I would recommend it.”

“The room was large, and the beds were especially nice. The bedding was crisp and fresh. The lobby was inviting and upscale. I did think the hotel could have provided a couple of small complementary bottles of water for the initial arrival. We slept well and had a pleasant stay.”

• The room decor was awesome! Plush bed and sheets were much appreciated!
• No refrigerator in our room.

“This is a clean, attractive Marriott Hotel. It is near several restaurants, but all are chains, Applebee's, Ted's Montana Grill, outback. The staff is attentive.”

• Pool area was dirty; hair, wet newspapers on deck & no outdoor sun seating!

“We checked in July 4th and asked where to find fireworks locally. They had already copied the information we wanted and also gave specific directions. The room was just fine and our stay was pleasant in every way.”

• Easy to get to airport for early morning flights.
• Stairwells, elevator lobbies, and other carpeted areas needed to be vacuumed more regularly.

“Marriott Denver Airport Gateway is located within walking distance of several chain restaurants, making it a good option if you are only taking and airport shuttle and want more choices than just the hotel restaurant/room service. The fitness area was well equipped, and the pool area fairly bright and well kept. The walk down the stairs to the pool was poorly lit and it seemed like this area needed to be kept a bit cleaner (small pieces of paper and 'fuzz' all over the carpet). The room itself (king) was well appointed for the price/hotel class. Typical upscale Marriott shampoo, soaps, etc. Good towels, comfortable bed. View as good as anywhere else in the neighborhood (other hotels and the freeway).”

“We stayed at the hotel one night. We were in a recently remodeled room with a king sized bed. The room was very nice. The decoration was great. The bed was very comfortable, great linens. It was very convenient to have an iPod docking station as an alarm clock. Flat-screen TV. A little noisy in the morning but not bad.”

• Hard to find turn off for road hotel was on.

“It was great. I traveled with my husband and son. We were offered a king or doubles at check-in. Check out was quick and simple. The swimming pool was open 24 hours and there was always someone at the front to help you find your way. They had convenient shuttles to the airport and back to the hotel-since we were there to pick someone up at the airport-that was a bonus.”

• It was very clean, modern, and the staff was more than helpful with everything.
• If I have one it is that the hotel was still pretty far from the airport.

“When I walked into the lobby I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general. The floors shined, the wood glowed, and the carpets were immaculate. The same was true of the room, which also had excellent modern amenities such as an alarm clock with an iPod dock. The staff was very attentive, anticipated any/all needs I may have had, and service was quick and professional with a great attitude.”

• Only one computer in business center that could be used for general internet use; the other one only printed boarding passes.

“This hotel is located about 7 miles from the airport in a new plaza area of hotels and restaurants, etc. It is very nice, both inside and out. They did give me a room with a view of the air conditioning units.”

• The posh expanse of the public areas, the total feel of the room was excellent, staff was great.
• Business area for guests was small and cramped if more then 2 people, any person oversized in area would make it very difficult.

“The staff and room service was tremendous, the whole experience was fabulous. We were made to feel special and was very personalized that we would definitely stay again if in the area. Will recommend it to anyone and we only stayed one night! we can just imagine if the stay was linger how much more we could have appreciated it!”

• We really y enjoyed the Marriott. We were upgraded to this hotel and we hope it will happen again. It was very comfortable and nice.
• We have nothing to complain about.

“It was close to the airport (DIA) and we could leave our car in the parking lot for 7 days and no charge. We were to be gone 2 weeks and have no problem paying the $10.00 a day after the first week. Everyone was so nice.”

“This hotel booked itself out to a number of Soccer teams. These loud obnoxious kids were gathered around in gangs in the hallways, pool areas and were acting like a bunch of brainless, loud idiots. They were everywhere. No parents around anywhere. We could not use the pool or even sleep in our own room. Nice hotel, but one of the worst experiences of our life.”

• 25+ minutes on the shuttle to the airport at 5am!

“The hotel was great, but the shuttle service was as bad as they get. Unsafe drivers speeding, not stopping at stop signs and vulgar music playing loudly - it was embarrassing for me with all the older couples around me. Leave yourself ample time - even with the speeding it can take as long as 25-30 minutes even at early hours to make it to the airport.”

• Front desk personnel were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
• Windy location - a bit difficult to drive to.

“Wonderfully updated, re-furbished and tastefully appointed. "Yeah! Lots of electrical plugs!" The lobby was large and beautifully furnished, and the facilities and amenities were first rate. Front desk personnel were great. Close to the airport and they allow free parking overnight with an airport shuttle to and from Quiet, and had both restaurant in-house and several within walking distance. Would highly recommend this one.”
