• Beautiful, spacious, clean, shuttle to airport and free parking.
• Everything was great - would be nice to have a breakfast.

“Great place to especially if flying out of Denver. We have used this hotel many times for early flights and leaving our car there during our trip. Always amazing service. Recommended it to many of our friends and they cannot thank us enough!”

• Free internet (at a Business-type hotel)! Room size and amenities.
• Location in drab Business Park. Nothing close by.

“Absolutly gorgeous Marriott property. Convenient to airport but not much else. Located with a bunch of other hotel properties in a boring Business Park. Staff, room, toiletries, everything was top of the line. Incredibly - free internet access in a business hotel!”

• The staff was friendly and very help full. I enjoy staying at this hotel whenever in Denver or traveling through!

“Me and my family have stayed at this hotel dozens of times in the past 5 years. But this trip was exceptional. I will tell you why, I have been under a lot of stress lately and I booked my 3 rooms one week off my planned stay. Your staff made one call to Priceline and took care of a very awkward situation, They did this in a matter of minutes and saved me a very embarrassing moment. Thank you.”

• Close to Denver
  international airport.
• They double charged me.

“The room restroom had a bad oder, the 1st room had the floor (carpet) wet, we were moved to another room after complaining. Check in was terrible I had to call Priceline to clear up issues the hotel had with the reservations.”

• Restaurant menu surprisingly diverse and gourmet. Over sized room.
• Location of room on 3rd floor with flags outside was very noisy on a windy night - like squirrels in the walls.

• Very hard to find the front entrance. Breakfast was poor.

• Very friendly staff and clean hotel!

“ I think we were 9 miles from the airport by highway so still short time away. The hotel offers a free shuttle but I see they stop at other hotels along the way. We had rental car and the drop off for all rental cars is on the way to the airport so that transition was very easy! ”

• Nice rooms, free shuttle to airport, lots of parking.

“This is a nice airport hotel with shuttles to the airport every half hour. The lobby is lovely with a fireplace & cushy furniture. The rooms are large with a flat screen TV. No fridge. Nice amenities in the bathroom. Have stayed here twice. I would stay here again.”

• Excellent bedding and comfortable bar and lobby area.

“Shuttles from airport arrive promptly. Rooms are up scale and have all the latest amenities. Loved the infused water waiting for the guest in the lobby area. Great Bar with an attached fine dining room. Last but not least the work out room was fully equipped with state of the art machines, TV and cold bottled and fresh fruit for the taking.”

• Location, restaurant food, near to other restaurants as well, luxurious comfort in the room.
• Sometimes we have a hard time understanding the foreign staff.

“This was the end of our trip to visit family in the mountains, before flying out of Denver the next afternoon. It was very relaxing before heading home to responsibilities once again. When we stayed here Christmas 2007, we were on our way to the mountains; the plane was late and our ride was early the next morning, so we were not able to enjoy the ambience of your hotel.”

• Beautiful atmosphere in general and the beds are outstanding.

• 7 days free parking beyond date of stay. Airport shuttle every 30 minutes.
  

“This is the best hotel near the Denver Airport. The free extended parking and shuttle is a huge benefit for locals flying from DIA. If you have an early morning flight, you can stay here the night before and park for free. For an extended trip, the parking savings could almost pay for the hotel room.”

• The hotel is 10 miles from the airport.
• The staff was rude and unprofessional.

“My stay was for one night. The staff were rude,insulting, pooly managed and unprofessional. I have stayed in hotels all over the world from 5 star to 1 star. This one by far was an all time low and an extreme disappointment. Marriott would benefit from hearing more about this report. I have been in the hospitality industry all my life. I am very forgiving when appropriate, however, there is simply no excuse for the treatment I experienced.”

• Very nice rooms and public spaces.
• Elevator required room key. Not very convienent.

“The hotel was fine. I ordered two wakeup calls and neither were recieved. Hotel staff said the system went down but offered nothing when I told them that their failure caused me to return my rental car late and incur additional charges.”

• I really enjoy this hotel, from the gym, pool and hot tub, the rooms were really nice, clean and in general I like everything.
• I had a bad experience, my daughter left a necklace outside the pool and we went the next day and it was gone.

“Oh about the chain, I wanted to say that the employees there tried really hard to find it, I guess some (bad) guest took it.”

• The room looked nice, hotel staff was helpful and fitness area was excellent with good hours.
• The return vent, thermostat and air vent was all on the same wall in the room. This kept the rest of the room from actually cooling down.

“Overall the hotel was nice. On the positive side: friendly staff, clean lobby/room, great hours for the pool and fitness center (excellent equipment as well) Negatives: No free Wi-Fi access. Also, you could easily get to the fitness center but not back to your room without going through the bar area. In the room, the air vent, return vent and thermostat all on the same wall. The room was almost impossible to get cooled down.”

• Very clean and we loved the pool.
• The breakfast was expensive.

• Food is a bit pricing. Breakfast was average.

“The beds are so comfortable, I wish we had a later check out time. We celebrated my daughter's birthday a little past midnight. I requested birthday candles and the staff hunted down candles to make her 6th birthday special. The cake had a beautiful presentation. I will definitely try to make it back to this location!”

• Broken fixtures in room, messed up hotel bill.

“Excellent quality hotel with friendly staff. Clean, comfortable beds, good food. Pricey (stayed one night). Dislike that you have to pay for internet service separately to the tune of $10/night. They had a floor that they were renovating which made me mad. The rooms were nice, but those recently renovated definitely had problems (exposed outlets which were a problem for my 15 month old), faucet that didn't work, door lock that didn't work, adjoining door between rooms broken such that you could not keep the door open. Despite these experiences, we had a wonderful time and staff were friendly. They had a great pool and hot tub. Food at the restaurant was good, though expensive.”
