“Left item at hotel. Called moments later asking staff to secure item. Said it was not there.”

• The staff went out of their way to get me directions on where I needed to go.
• The room was a non smoking room but it smelled of smoke.

• Breakfast was better than usual continental fare. Would have liked later happy hour at night.
• Beds were not that comfortable.

“Very clean and somewhat updated for an older hotel. Staff was possibly the most friendly ever met. The pool was on small side and should have just been totally enclosed, rather than the wall that separated in/out. But was clean and towels provided. 7-10pm happy hour would have been more enjoyed than the 5-7pm offered. Beds could use some updating-not very comfortable and queen would have been better.”

• Clean, comfy bed, frig & microwave in room. Great breakfast.
• Very little closet space and bathroom counter was too small.

“We were very pleased with hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, comfortable bed and nice desk/business area. The breakfast was amazing and there was always plenty of food. We would definitely recommend it and most likely will stay there again. We got a
lot for our money!”

• Friendly staff.
• Smoky hallway.

“Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Had a non-smoking room, but hallway was so smoky I had to put towels under the door and open the window. Mentioned to night manager, but no change second night. I was told that the top (4th in this case) floor is usually the smoking floor. I should have requested a lower floor.”

“We definitely got our money's worth with all the extras that were given. It was a great breakfast and the evening we checked in we got free drinks and snacks.”

• This was the best hotel experience we have ever had!
• The room key-cards were super sensitive to batteries and cell phones and they kept erasing, causing to have to get new keys a few times.

“We were so impressed with this hotel! From the excellent breakfast and snacks, to the wonderful service from the staff, our whole family felt like royalty! Even with the large number of people staying there, it was so quiet. This is a great hotel for families, or those traveling alone.”

• Friendly staff, clean, and we loved the snack bar available in the evenings.
• The room was a bit small, and our bed squeaked so bad we couldn't sleep.

“Great for families. The snack bar in the evenings and breakfast in the mornings saved us time and money. The fitness center is a bit small but the machines all worked and I was able to get a workout in even while on vacation.”

• No negatives.

“My wife & I stayed here on 20th. September 2008. We had a great time with free drinks (liberal too) & hot complimentary breakfast at a very reasonable price. What more can I say?”
