• Not very well kept up. Ice-machines not working and not sure where to go.

“Even though some work has been done on the motel since the last time we were there it just isn't a real nice motel for its name.”

• It was a great room for a great price. Very attractive motel.
• Nothing.

“The hotel has a beautiful lobby. The atmosphere is great. The room was very clean and very nice. They provided coffee, soap, and shampoo and conditioner. They were very accommodating as well.”

“You should really offer an option to bid for a smoking room, having all non smoking rooms is brutal for smokers. You may not love the habit but it would make for better customer service.”

• I wanted to get into the hot tub and it was gone.

• The hotel was very spacious, staff was friendly, and room was very nice and comfortable.
• Did not include breakfast.

“I would recommend this hotel. Even though it was already a very nice, comfortable, and attractive hotel it was in the process of being redecorated and remodeled; should be extremely nice when work is completed. I would definitely stay there again.”

• It was close to downtown.
• Way over priced and no Jacuzzi as lead to believe.

“First of all, nearly every hotel in Cheyenne is over priced. This particular hotel is so old and outdated. The tile in the bathroom was simply painted over and is now chipping away. The couch had large liquid stains on it. The air conditioning would not get any colder than around 75 degrees F. And despite advertising a hot tub/Jacuzzi in the pool area, there was not one. For less than what I paid to stay at the Holiday Inn Cheyenne, I was able to stay in a very nice 3 star hotel in downtown Denver. I would not stay at this Holiday Inn again or recommend it. There are much nicer hotels in Cheyenne and a lot newer ones, as well.”

• Coupon for discount on breakfast, we had 10 people in our group.
• The price of the room. Price was increased because of the event, Cheyenne Days.

• Easy to find, plenty of parking, convenient to town.
• Swimming pool was old and poorly maintained.

“The price was right, but this Holiday Inn has seen better days. The carpet looked dirty, the elevators and security doors were in poor shape, and the pool area was gross. I won't stay there again unless they undergo major renovation.”

• The hotel was in a great location and met my expectations.
• We did not get the complimentary breakfast and they made rude comments about it.

“The hotel was very nice as would be expected from a Crowne Plaza. When we checked in the desk clerk was cordial enough, however when the person checking in next to us was presented with a complementary breakfast buffet ticket for his family of four ($9.95 per person) I inquired as to our buffet as this was on the internet site as a feature.”

• Location. Just off the freeway.
• Parking. Maids start banging around at 7:00 am.

“This is a convenient place to stay. Near to room parking can be an issue and the maids were banging on doors very early.”

• Not enough chairs at the pool.

“Overall the hotel was a great stay. We were only there one night but it was comfortable and clean and better than I expected. A larger pool would be great since there seemed to be a lot of people there and it was a little crowded. But everyone was friendly and so it was not really a problem.”

• Only got to enjoy it once but the pool and hot tub.
• The pool and hot tub were closed after the first night there.

• The room itself needed to be redone. Carpet was dirty.

• When we asked for extra blankets and towels they get delivered promptly also staff were friendly and helpful with directions to local attractions.
• Cost more than I would like to pay.

• The room I got didn't show movies like the others did.

“I arrived earlier than I normally would have so I could rest and watch a movie, only to find out that no movies could be watched from my room. I couldn't change rooms as the only remaining available room in the hotel was a smoking one. This was disappointing to me. Otherwise, the hotel was good and clean.”

“I checked into the hotel at Approx 9pm. My room was handicap accessible although I do not need this service. The room was dank and my Wi-Fi access cut off after only 2 hours and I was unable to log on again. The recliner in the room had a slip cover on it that was filthy and not at all tucked in. The tub had mildew growing around the hand rails and hair was all over the bathroom floor. It was worse than staying in a Motel 6.”

• The lobby is nice to sit in and watch the fire. Very good gift shop too.

“A wonderfully comfortable full service hotel. The service is outstanding. Will I stay there again, absolutely. Only thing that takes away from it and is the rumble of big rigs on I-80. This eventually becomes while noise and fails to prevent a good sleep.”
