• Nice carpeting.
• Bathroom floors/counters/tub not really attractive.

• Nice bed.
• Some kind of auto smell thing. Like perfume.

“Overall, not bad. Room cleaned well, but 1 day. Space Foam bed was great, almost as good as the one I have at home. Double sheets was a nice touch.”

• The hotel was so comfortable, customer friendly and the pool was open 24 hours! Staff was great also!
• There were not too many food options around the area.

“I had a wonderful stay ay Courtyard. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and were given all information we needed. The room was clean, roomy and convenient. The pool was open 24 hours which was wonderful! I felt safe and will definitely choose this place again! Thank you Marriott!”

• Very comfortable beds.
• Could hear footsteps above.

“Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Wonderful staff (would talk to you about your site seeing destinations). Very convenient location to Pikes Peak/Manitou Springs/Cliff Dwellings/Garden of the Gods, etc. A wonderful time. We would stay here again.”

• Remote location from town-remote from good restaurants.

• The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed that it was very quiet inside of the rooms. The Beds were wonderful and very comfortable.

• Queen beds.
• Musty smell and the smell of rotten popcorn in lobby.

“Not a good value for the price. Room and furniture deteriorated and in need of upgrade or renovations. Strong musty odor in the lobby from the close proximity pool and exercise facility. At times the elevator and front desk area smells of rotten popcorn.”

“Decision to stay at Colorado Springs Marriott Courtyard on News Year eve based on assumption it would be quieter than other area moderately priced hotels. Hotel not heavily booked. Kids running in the halls and doors slamming most of the night. Desk clerk put us in room 304 directly below air exchange unit on roof. He could have put us anywhere and he knew it. Problem was not noticeable until we returned to hotel around 1 AM. At that time it was too late at night to move. Bad experience. My daughter and I are regular Marriott customers.”

• The beds were very comfortable and the linens were upscale, but the best were the pillows, tons of them.
• We did not care for the coffee in the lobby.

“Very clean, convenient and quiet. Close to everything in Colorado Springs we came to see. This hotel actually had queen size beds as the older hotels only provided double beds. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.”

• Clean, comfy bed, nice staff, 24 hour pool.
• Nothing.

“This was a great value for the price. Nice clean room, with all the amenties. 24 hour pool and hot tub acess, great breakfast, great location, free parking and friendly staff.”

• Its location near Broad moor, where I had a meeting. Three nights at Courtyard cost less than one Broad moor night.
• Pretty plain and my room were over the entrance.

“This is an excellent business traveler spot for a short trip to Colorado Springs. Airport is 20 minutes away, which is OK if you have a car. Fairly quiet spot, just downhill from the Broad moor and costs a fraction of what the Broad moor costs. Not quite any frills, but pretty close. Noise from adjacent restaurants is a little noticeable, but traffic noise is slight.”

• Down pillows and bed were very comfortable.
• Tub did not drain properly.

“Hotel was comfortable. Continental breakfast was not included as I thought it was. Price was reasonable though at $7.95 each.”
