“The setting overlooking the golf course and in the shadow of Cheyenne Mountain was absolutely beautiful - the service of the employees was impeccable and we would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Colorado Springs market.” Aug 7, 2009 by
Gayle from Lansdale,PA

“Beautiful setting private safe surrounding very relaxing, could use the 2 pools, outdoor and indoor, tennis court and golf. Perfect.” Sep 23, 2008 by

“This was my second stay here. The room was excellent and cleaner than last time I was here. The food was excellent, the staff very accommodating, and it is a great place to just escape the normal routines and get peace!” Apr 10, 2008 by
John from Lansing, MI
“Worth the drive to the fitness center, because of the 5 star locker rooms there!” Apr 5, 2008 by
Allison from Chicago, IL
“Beautiful area of Colorado Springs with easy access to downtown if you have a car. Gorgeous lobby and great Sunday brunch. Friendly staff. Our room was a little tight, but comfortable.” Mar 19, 2008 by
April from Pueblo, CO
“The resort itself needs to be updated/remodeled. The rooms were very dark, the carpet was old, the shower grout had a few spots of mold. It was not somewhere that I would take my family due to the type of guest that this resort is attracting. The view of the mountains was beautiful and the location to some of the area attractions was perfect. Lastly this resort is in desperate need of a makeover considering it is claiming three to four star ratings.” Jan 29, 2008 by
Steve from Littleton, CO
“Excellent Location and Public amenities.” Jan 20, 2008 by
La F. from Pueblo, CO
“Hotel nice but snow was not removed from sidewalks and parking area making it a hazard to load and unload baggage. Fitness room, swimming pool, hot tub and restaurants were very far from our room blocks away not even close enough to walk we had to drive and they closed at 7 pm.” Jan 7, 2008 by
Mike from Denver, CO
“The staff was very accommodating and all of them deserve to be commended. Housekeeping needs to check the rooms more thoroughly for cleanliness especially dust buildup and in the bathroom. Other than that, my stay was very relaxing and very enjoyable, I will definitely return to this resort!” Jan 7, 2008 by
Stacy from Wichita, KS
“It took us 45 minutes to get into our room, we had to hear the front desk clerk in a fight with her husband on the phone (20 minutes phone call with here crying), and then our keys didn't work after a 10 minutes walk to our room. Once in our room someone's half drunk water bottle rolled out from under the bed. At the Mountain View restaurant the service was snooty with over priced, under seasoned food. The structure of the facility was however very nice, with a nice room that had all the standard facilities with a more expensive spent than average. I would not go back to that hotel, I rather save my money, stay at a Comfort Inn and get good service.” Jan 3, 2008 by

“We had a wonderful experience staying at the resort. The staff was very friendly and catered to our every need. The Sunday, champagne brunch is not to be missed! It was the best meal we've had in a long time! We will be returning to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort in the future.” Sep 7, 2007 by
Linda from San Diego, CA
“The views are beautiful. Staff sparse. Two people at check in with many checking in (slow). Sunday brunch less than stellar for almost $30 per person. Had to hunt down server to get coffee and drinks. I was given a 9:00 a.m. appointment for the next morning, but told due to the holiday weekend it might be a problem. I wasn't informed until 8:30 a.m., a 1/2 hr before my appointment I couldn't get the massage. The room was clean and the cleaning person was always timely and did an excellent job. The pool had one person at the snack bar who took forever to prepare drinks, a six person line. On the whole the hotel seemed to lack appropriate staff.” Jul 27, 2007 by
Scott from Damascus, AR
“It was really clean and the people there were nice. I would recommend it to others.” Apr 1, 2007 by
Meg from Joliet, IL
“We enjoyed the hotel. Nice location. Big problem was we traveled with kids and arrived at 5:30 p.m. To find out that pool was only open to lap swimmers after 7 p.m. And didn't reopen until 11 a.m. The next morning (which was checkout time) so the kids only got to swim for 1 1/2 hours. Not too pleased about that but mountain view was beautiful, room was very clean and golf course was excellent.” Mar 7, 2007 by
Jim from Wedowee, AL
“Great resort hotel convenient to coos airport, i-25 and broad more. Helpful, friendly staff. Fitness center and restaurant buffet were outstanding. Room was excellent; however, noise from adjacent room due to a lack of soundproofing was annoying.” May 28, 2006 by
Mary from Clovis, CO

The area was very nice and the accomodations were what I would call a 4 star accomodation.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Oct 2, 2004 by
