• The hotel was very quiet and the beds were great.
• The front door was not automatic and if someone didn't help it was a struggle to get carts in and out of the hotel.

• It was close to the highway.
• They could not provide enough hot water for everyone.

“I will never stay there again. It is ridiculous that a three star hotel can not provide hot water for all of its guest. I have never had to take a COLD shower before in a hotel.”

“I don't like the way these rooms are set up - there is no privacy for someone getting ready. Be aware of the noise from the highway - it was loud! May not be as bad at the other end of the hotel.”

• Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly.
• Rooms are a little dated and had a slight musty smell.

• Very nice & comfortable.
• Staff very unfriendly & not helpful at all about it!

“Beautiful & comfortable. Apparently, we were too common for this hotel! Loved the hotel, but the staff upon check in left a lot to be desired! Staff when we were checking out was very friendly.”

• One of the best places I have ever stayed at.
• Only one problem someone from house keeping knocked on our door at 7:30 AM.

“You walk in and are greeted with friendly people. Not over bearing, but obviously willing to help. Everyone had a smile. The room was great. First time I had seen a lay out like this one. It is a room I would take with me every place I went if I could.”

• Great location, great amenities -loved the remote printer.
• Housekeeping is not always timely.

“Second time we stayed. My son is going to UCCS so the location can't be beat. We shipped about 7 packages and they were all there when we arrived. Breakfast is nice. Other food simple but good. Remote printer is very handy. Lots of towels and lovely soaps/shampoo, good hairdryer, great TV, little fridge. As last time, housekeeping was not perfect. One day (Sunday) they did not come which I did not like. Other than that it's a wonderful place and I will stay there again.”

• No microwave, no laundry.

“We have stayed at two other Hyatt Places in other cities and loved them. But they were for short stays. This was a much longer stay, more then a week. I had been told all Hyatt Places were the same so we were surprised when the kitchen staff said they had no microwave to heat my daughter's breakfast. Also no laundry facilities. Do you know how hard it is to find a laundry mat in a safe neighborhood these days? Also the maid service was spotty. They would forget to do at least one thing each day and it was always something different.”

• Would rather have had an indoor pool.

• I loved the fitness center. The room is set up very well and the television was amazing!
• I did not like that there was not a hair dryer or hot tub in the hotel.

“The hotel met every expectation that my boyfriend and I had. The self service check-in and the snack/coffee counter were very convenient. The hotel room was amazing!”

• This place really made me feel like it was a home away from home.
• I would have preferred to have the pool indoors or have a hot tub available but it was still a wonderful experience.

“I have never stayed at a Hyatt Place before but it is now is one of my favorites. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If all the Hyatt Place facilities are as great as this one I would recommend them to any traveler.”

• Excellent amenities. Clean, new, comfortable.
• Beds were to small. Room had two double beds. Moved to king size bed.

“Hotel was perfect. Each room will accommodate two adults, however double beds are typically not big enough for a couple and the hassle in moving rooms after staying one day out of four was inconvenience. Otherwise all expectations were met or exceeded..”

• Housekeeping did not come 1 day, another day poorly made beds.

“Lovely place. All praise except they have a housekeeping problem. The first morning, someone made our beds just like a 5 yr old would make them, nothing else was cleaned, garbage was not taken out. Second day was fine. Third day nobody had come by 4 pm and a very nice receptionist came up to make our beds and remove boxes/bags/garbage from shopping. Very strange. Other than that it was wonderful.”

• It was still under construction in some areas.

• It was kind of hard to see from the road.

“It was very clean and the room was very large. I liked the sitting room and the bedroom. It was nice to have a place to sit beside the bed. The staff was very nice and it was nice to be able to get a snack or beverage any time of the day.”

• Upper scale hotel - without any snobbishness. Wireless internet.
• A minimal continental breakfast. No free coffee in lobby. Pool closed.

“If Starbucks was a hotel - this would be close to it in appearance. Modern, yet cozy in a corporate sort of way. Wireless internet was great. Pool was closed for the winter. Free apples in the lobby. Very comfortable beds. Flat panel TV. Small bathroom. Good location and easy parking.”

• Lobby, room size and amenities, continental breakfast, Starbucks coffee, TV, good bed, very friendly and helpful staff.
• Small bathroom could use updating. Painting was a little sloppy. Continental breakfast could be a little better.

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We will definitely plan on staying there again. All the staff we encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. I loved the Starbucks coffee that is offered twenty-four hours a day. The beds were very comfortable.”

• We enjoyed great seats in our room for the NE game and breakfast in the am.
• I didn't especially like the colors but it didn't bother me.

• No complaints.

“This was a great upscale hotel with easy check in and checkout. The hotel lobby and common spaces were very attractive and modern and the rooms were spacious and well decorated. The 42" flat panel LCD TV was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.”

• Clean, comfortable room, lots of space, great TV. It was perfect for a multiple day stay.
• Nothing, it was perfect for our needs.

“The hotel was perfect! The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The sitting area was perfect, and having a wet bar/fridge was nice. It is even a big enough room to bring our whole family and still feel like there was plenty of room. The TV was awesome better than going to the movies. We are definitely going to look for Hyatt place hotels wherever we stay.”

• Very good location for people who want to do sight seeing.
• The breakfast was useless; 3 kinds of bread, Bagels, and fruits.

“The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool was very clean. The rooms were very good and everything we wanted was there. The only thing that put us off completely was the breakfast. We have had much better at hotels which were lower in star ratings. I do recommend this hotel for anyone, but please don't go there to wake up for a good breakfast to start your day.”
