• Very good location for people who want to do sight seeing.
• The breakfast was useless; 3 kinds of bread, Bagels, and fruits.

“The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool was very clean. The rooms were very good and everything we wanted was there. The only thing that put us off completely was the breakfast. We have had much better at hotels which were lower in star ratings. I do recommend this hotel for anyone, but please don't go there to wake up for a good breakfast to start your day.”

• Surpassed my expectations. Super great room and people.
• Not one thing. Great accommodations.

“Just remodeled and in great shape. People bent over backwards to assist us in finding dinning accommodations and provided a shuttle service free to and from the restaurant. I am very pleased and will stay here again.”

• Clean, excellent service, convenient.
• No light on main street.

“This hotel is amazing. I just went through a renovation, and the rooms are out of this world. The bed is more comfortable then my own bed at home. I was shocked to see that they had this huge 42" flat screen TV in the room. My husband was in heaven. The breakfast was free and had everything you could possibly ask for. I would recommend this hotel to any one, and we will absolutely be back for our get away weekends. The price for what we got was exceptional.”

• Lobby, restaurant under renovation and not open.

“Changing ownership - when renovation complete will be great choice. May need re-rating when it is finished and becomes a Hyatt Place.”

“I had called ahead to requested a non-smoking Room when I went to checked in they were all out of them, 5 min later My husband asked the same front desk attendant but as a cash paying customer without me there if they had any non- smoking rooms and they sure did.”

• The bathroom floor was hairy.

“We stayed 2 nights in this motel. Very nice, breakfast was good, front desk staff very helpful. We had car trouble and they helped us get a tow.”

• The bed was great and the breakfast was very good.
• They would not give me a receipt when I signed out.

“The two things that were negative about our stay was 1) we reserved a non smoking room and were given a smoking room on a smoking floor. We were not very happy about exposing our grandkids to the smoke and 2) there were people sleeping or passed out in the halls two of the three nights we stayed there.”

• Small hard beds and loud heater.

“The hotel was not what I expected, very old and the beds were small and hard. The heater was very loud and kept us up most of the night. The staff however, was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was great.”

• Our room had a sitting area and wireless internet. Also there was free popcorn in the evenings.
• The beds were very firm.

• Stains on furniture, kitchenette sink was plugged.

“Overall, we enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was super. Excellent assortment of foods. The 24-hour coffee is great as well as the popcorn. I reported the problem with the sink, and they took care of it. It did not cause us any inconvenience. I plan to stay there next time we go to the Springs.”

• Great value, very nice breakfast, staff very helpful, very nice rooms.
• Thru no fault of the hotel, noisy guests on our floor! A kid's hockey team was there.

“This is a great place to stay for leisure or business. A great value for nice rooms, spacious and well appointed. The location has an incredible view of the mountains and is very accessible to the highway. The staff were very polite and helpful. Hopefully, our son will be attending college in the area, if so, we will most certainly stay there when we visit!”

• Good space, wireless internet.
• Very close to the freeway so some rooms are noisy.

“The hotel was a good value for the price we paid. The suite allows for a separate space between the sitting and kitchen area and the sleeping area, though not a separate bedroom. The wireless internet worked great. The staff was very responsive when we asked for a different room since our first one was noisy from the freeway traffic.”

• Very friendly staff and clean good breakfast.
• The chairs in the lobby are showing some wear.

“We had a great time on our 24th wedding anniversary. Staying in the Amerisuites Hotel is a favorite place for us. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. We always stay at Amerisuites and will in the future. I would recommend Amerisuites to everyone.”

• The breakfast had more offerings than most.

“I requested a non smoking room (which was not available) before arriving. When checking in they offered to pay for a non smoking room at another hotel. This was an exceptionally generous offer on there part.”

• The customer service was immpecable. I love where we stayed. It was easy to get to all the activities we planned. The staff went above and beyond.

“The only thing troublesome with the hotel was their ignorance about phone rates. I tried to get the amount it would cost me to make a long distance call but there were not able to give me an answer. I ended up using a pay-phone.”

“It was my first stay at Amerisuites and was very satisfactory. They were accommodating, two bus tour groups when we were there, which had everyone coming and going at the same time. They handled it great...especially keeping their continental breakfast buffet well supplied. One of their two elevators broke down in the morning, putting a strain on the tour groups eating and getting under way. The staff did a commendable job of working around the inconvenience, keeping things moving and keeping their smiles. This facility was a good choice.”
