“Newly renovated and expansion. Great rooms! Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. Hot breakfast was good.”

• Good wireless network, convenient to i-80.
• Stuff stolen out of car while there, not terribly secure area.

• Easy to locate. Close to freeway.
• Thin walls. Could hear conversation in next room.

• Clean, well lit, accommodating.
• Across the street from rail road. Trains all night. very noisy from whistle!

“I was impressed with the quality of this particular Days Inn compared to others I have stayed at in past years. Only bad experience is that it is located directly across street from main east/west cargo railroad and train whistles all night are disturbing.”

• Days Inn is easily accessed from the Interstate and the room and bathroom were clean.
• The Days Inn is near the railroad tracks which makes it rather noisy.

“For a one-night stay, the Days Inn in Cheyenne was a reasonable price compared to others in the area.”

• Full line of cable channels.
• No pool, lack of anything other than mere basics.

“Definitely not a place to stay with young children. There is no pool, no video games, nothing but your bed and a TV. The motel served its purpose as a place to sleep, but has less amenities than other places I have stayed with the same rating. The train tracks are loud if your room faces the main highway as ours did. It may not be as bad in the rooms on the back side.”

• Internet access available in lobby.
• Breakfast need to add yogurt. No pool!

“The hotel was nice and clean. They had a microwave and refrigerator which was great!! Really liked having Internet access in the lobby since we did not travel with our laptop. This is a great plus. The location of the hotel was OK (across the street from trains) but it was conveniently located off the interstate. I would stay there again if I was in the Cheyenne area.”

• We were able to get the ground level which is so important to us.
• Wish I had more time to enjoy the spa.

• It was easy to find and had an Outback nearby!
• The hot tub was broken and I had planned to use it.

• It was close to an Outback Steakhouse and to the Interstate (25).
• The staff checking us in was impersonal and rude. Also, the hot tub was not in operation.

“It could improve by considering putting an indoor pool, and the staff made it very clear that she had not had any sleep, so she was grouchy, not professional or nice. The room was clean. The dining area did not have enough space for everyone to sit and eat.”

• It was convenient to downtown Cheyenne and the interstate highway.
• The freight train that runs close by is loud all day.

“The hotel is what you would expect for 2 stars, except it has free breakfast and wireless internet. It is certainly not a luxury stay, but has a friendly staff and is safe and clean.”

• The room was very nice and the staff helpful.
• The sauna was not working.

“The location was wonderful and very easy to get to. The staff was friendly, very helpful and nice enough to make sure that we had a non-smoking room. Maid service was nice enough to bring an extra blanket when it was asked for. We had a wonderful stay.”

• It is close to I80
• the hot tub was broken & had been broken for about 2 months, not enough smoke free rooms

“The check in did not go too smoothly. The receptionist did let us try to get a room with 2 beds, but the rooms were extremely smokey [they should do a better job of trying to get that smell out in case they have no more smoke-free rooms]. My daughter had stayed at the same hotel 2 months prior to this. The hot tub didn't work then and was still not functioning. I have to say that we were all very tired from the drive, so that didn't really help matters. I imagine they tried their best, but it wasn't a 2-star hotel---maybe you should reclassify it as a 1-star, economy.”
