• Great location easy access to the city.
• Extremely hard mattress the sofa bed was more comfortable but great room none the less.

“Very nice hotel for an extended stay traveler. We were very satisfied with all amenities provided and the friendliness of the staff was greater than expected. The hotel was located very conveniently in the city providing quick access to all that we needed to see.”

• Check in and out was fast and painless.
• Pool was very small and in view of everyone.

“Nice rooms, not much privacy, could hear other rooms. Pool was very small and crowded. No accommodations to smokers, inside or out. Very friendly staff.”

“The low rate at this hotel had us questioning our stay here. Upon our arrival all those fears were put to rest. The hotel has large rooms with sitting area, one or 2 beds, a small kitchen, and a large bathroom with a great shower head. The rooms and entire hotel is spotlessly clean. The thing that stands out about this hotel is the staff.”

• Cheap and nice, roomy, big, clean.
• TV was too close to the bed.

• The staff was awesome-the lady that checked us in was more helpful than any hotel clerk I've encountered.
• .can't think of anything.

“The lady that checked us in was amazing! She was friendly from the start. When we came in with our kids she volunteered to bring us a crib to our room. Later we went to the little store in the lobby and she played with my son while I shopped. The room was beautiful and the staff was great-can't beat that.”

• Very nice and new. Great restaurants within walking distance.
• The bed. Ugh! I usually don't have trouble sleeping but this bed was just so uncomfortable - Very low end cheap mattress.

“The hotel is very nice and new. The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are great. Wish they would have spent less money on making the room so nice and a little more money on the bed's mattress. Very uncomfortable and did not sleep well at all very restless.”

• The location was great. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy.
• The hotel rooms were too small to be comfortable for a family of 4.

• The staff went out of their way to accommodate me.
• I enjoyed every aspect of this hotel.

“The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I accidentally dropped a bottle of wine just inside the front door and offered to help clean it up but they insisted it was not necessary. Even after they cleaned the mess they took the extra effort to notice the type of wine and brought me a bottle of the same kind to my room. Awesome!”

• The friendly staff, stove, microwave and refrigerator a plus.
• The hotel was not attached to the main office and amenities. I.e. swimming pool. Laundry facilities and small store.

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Computer availability in the lobby was great. Rooms were clean. This hotel is close to allot of industry and tourist attractions.”

• Dim lighting and soothing music were playing in the room when we arrived.
• Employees were often outside of the entrance doors smoking which smelt bad

“The hotel was was very home-like and had a nice feel. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and most other things needed for cooking. The room was very clean and quiet at night. Pets were allowed here since this is an "extended stay" type of hotel, which meant some of the guests had pets (mostly dogs). The staff was very friendly. Someone from the desk even called and left a message to make sure everything was alright with the room. Overall, we enjoyed staying here.”

• Great Hotel for the price, was looking for a 1star and got 2
• I had no dislikes.

“Awsome place to have stayed given that I didnt want to pay much more than 50 total for the night and it was a last minute reservation during a busy period of people being in town for the night to watch the Pikes Peak Hill Climb the next morning. Bed was resonably comfortable, however the people in the room next door seemed loud, but that was only around 8pm when I figure they first got there, hard to say since I was already attempting to sleep.”

• We were very pleased. Where the hotel is located has a great view & the customer service at the hotel was nothing but the best.

• WOW!Service-awesome.LaTasha so helpful. The hotel SURPASSED expectations. Cleaning staff was great. Service, amenities and cleanliness great!
• Internet access - limited Need wireless cabilities.Should lock down side door after hours, loud, our bed was next to stairway. Awesome place though

“This place was great. I loved the service minded folks here. Each time I inquired about the smallest item they made every possible way of answering or solving my problem. LaTasha (I believe is her name) made our stay so exceptional. She was helpful at check-in and check-out. She had cookies for the kids and helped get us the perfect room. This one is a place I will use again!”

• Very clean (was not masked with air/carpet freshener scents!) and nicely decorated. Very spacious

• Friendly and Clean.

“A fairly new friendly, clean motel in a decent location. BUT without a king size bed, and the staff said they had none. Not good for two large and/or tall adults. They didn't volunteer a double or any other compensation. My recollection is that accommodations were to have a king. They need to be removed from the available accommodations, or Site-users made aware of the bed limitation before they are subjected to buying the room.
