• Clean, attractive, hospitable, affordable & just right.
• Only thing - pool is small. That's it!

“Everything was perfect at this hotel! Best yet. Only bad comment was that the pool was really small. But it was also clean and well maintained and for once, they had full size pool towels. We loved this hotel and will definitely try to stay here again. Oh and the staff was REALLY friendly and helpful! Even had a list of the closest stores.”

• Very clean and well maintained.
• Carpet in room could have used a good steam cleaning. Coffee was horrible tasting.

• Almost empty and pool was drained.

“Tho hotel seemed nice, but it was tough to tell as hardly anyone was staying there. Also, the swimming pool was closed for repairs.”

• Poor swimming facility - much too small.

“Overall our stay was pleasant. Pool was too small for this large a facility. Maid was knocking on our door to clean at 8:10 am the day we left, which we did not appreciate. She acted miffed that we weren't up and ready to leave. Our family was occupying two rooms and she hit us both that way.”

“The atmosphere as I entered was very pleasant. The first appearance was very stylish. However the towels in the room and at the pool and napkins and utensils in the restaurant were very dirty as well. We did not have a good experiences at the breakfast buffet. We waited 15 minute (there was no line and lots of open tables) before the one hostess/waitress would seat us. then everything at the buffet was cold and soggy. The fruit was not fresh and the beverages were warm. The cooks were nowhere to be found to cook the omelets and waffles. The best thing about this hotel was its location. Also the bed was very firm and not comfortable at all.”

• It was clean, the room was tactfully decorated, and the price was great.
• There was no complimentary breakfast. That is a huge plus when traveling with kids.

“I loved the fact that the bedspreads didn't make me want to scream when I walked in. The atmosphere of the room was calming and relaxing, which is what a hotel room should make you feel after a long day of traveling. It was very clean and comfortable. I did miss the complimentary breakfast that most other hotels offer, which is a plus when traveling with kids.”

• The hotel room was clean and updated. Service was very good.
• Coffee bar needs to be a bit bigger. It was small.

“Courtyard provided a nice quiet room for very weary travelers. Everything was clean and up to date. It helped make our travels into a nice experience.”

• Buffet breakfast excellent and service was exemplary.
• My room had been given up before I arrived & it was paid for!!!

“Upon arrival, which was late, the room which I had reserved was not available and they wanted me to go to another motel but I had no transportation. They finally gave me a small one bed room with a pull out sofa (three in my party). They were not at all sympathetic with us after traveling all day from the east coast about the room not being available. The room we received was a smoking room which was not pleasant at all due to smell.”

• Convenient to the highway, but off enough not to be loud.
• We stayed on the third floor and there was a great porch, but no chairs to enjoy it outside.

• The bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet.
• The price of the bottled water!

“I wasn't at the hotel very long- just long enough to get a good night's sleep. I usually don't sleep well away from home but I have to say the bed here was very comfortable, the room was clean and quiet- probably my best night's sleep ever at a hotel. This would definitely be my first choice when I travel to the Denver area.”

• Had we followed directions, it would have been easy to find.
• We came in late and the restaurant was closed. Breakfast began later than we could stay.

“My wife and I came for volunteer work. Had we come to shop, it would have been very convenient. There are no other places to eat around. We had to get back in the car and search for food. The room was lovely and quiet. The alarm went off at four a.m. from the last occupier of the room. Other than that, things were just fine.”
