“Considering the property's close proximity to the interstate it's kind of a shame that access to the highway is a bit of a cumbersome process. Otherwise all was good and for the price I named who could complain.”

• The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. I really liked having a fridge and microwave in the room too.

• I liked absolutely nothing.
• The front desk person was rude, pool was small, room.

“The front desk attendant was more concerned with her personal phone call and cigarette to check me in. The room was nasty and housekeeping bothered us at 6:30 AM, even though we had a do not disturb sign up. The pool was small and the hot tub smelled. Nothing worked in the fitness center. By the way, Neutrogena is not that great of a brand to be used in a Hilton hotel and a toiletry.”

• I like the buffet style breakfast.
• The staff at the hotel was rude.

“The overall appearance was nice but the staff was rude. They would not greet us when we approached the counter and they were rude when I called for directions. There was one time where the person at the front desk did not say a word to me and my sister when we were standing at the counter. I had to get his attention and tell him that we were checking out before he even looked at us.”

• Fitness center needed to be open approx. 1-2 hours earlier.

• The staff tries to make every excuse to charge extra fees.

“It is a nice place. Most of the employees are very helpful. Maintenance staff is not very technical and not very knowledgeable about the Internet devices or others like TV remote. Had a problem with Wireless internet and after spending 1 hr, went out side to Kinkos. If most of the things are working like normal room, youll be fine. Otherwise, it is very difficult to get satisfactory answers and support. On the day of check out, in spite of contacting the front desk 3 times for an hour check out, the new crew tried to charge extra tariff. Spent another 15 minutes to convince the manager, that it was already communicated to the staff before noon and it was agreed upon. As a Blackstone employee, it happened to us, not sure about others. Will follow up with the management to give a better comfort level for our distinguished guests. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.”

• Location was close to I-25 which was good for what I needed but very hard to get to from the Interstate due to the nature of the lay out of the roads.

“Very nice except for difficulty in getting to hotel from highway and difficulty getting back on highway. Even when following the map to get to hotel it was very confusing and I had to use a very round about way to find the hotel. I mostly relied on the fact that I could see the hotel at night and kept trying to drive in the general direction of the hotel. The next morning when checking out, there were no signs indicating how to get back on the Interstate, and again I drove around in circles to try to find the entrance ramp even though it was less than a half mile away.”

• It was very comfortable. The cleaning staff was friendly and did a great job.
• The first day the pool was too hot to swim in but better the next day.

“I would recommended it, great location with easy access to highway, shopping and eating yet very quiet. I liked the small shop to buy food or last minute items at anytime. I didn't try the restaurant. The hotel was very clean and friendly service. 3 star is just right.”

• I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is still nice, but getting to the point that the rooms need to be updated. The location is perfect.
• The beds were hard.

• Ice machine on our floor did not work.

“Located near I-25, with easy access, this hotel was very quiet. Large rooms were tastefully appointed with coffee makers, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water along with very thick bath towels. The only negative to the room was no digital wall thermostat--you had to guess with rheostat controls on the below window heat/air unit. The hotel had a business center with free internet access. The hotel was also wireless compatible. Good work-out facility with an indoor pool and hot tub. Plenty of complementary parking at the hotel. There was also complementary coffee available 24 hrs/day in the lobby (with cookies at night!) Very good coffee selection in the morning--regular, de-caf and a good selection of tea bags. The hotel is located south of Denver, approximately a 20 minutes drive from downtown and 30 minutes or so from the airport. Excellent hotel if you do not mind 'being away' from things. If you have a vehicle, there are several eating establishments close to the hotel, and a decent selection just over the interstate to the west, within 1-1.5 miles from the hotel.”

“Great for business traveler with a car. There is nothing to do for families in or around hotel. Wireless worked on and off. No DVD hooks ups in the double/double room. Nice beds, linens and pillows, as well as refrigerator/microwave in every room.”

• The refrigerator & microwave is good. Very clean, spacious, nice chair to sit in for my back. The price!
• The third floor reeks of cigarette smoke. Only have sheet & cover on beds. The cover is really heavy.

• They screwed all of our rooms and gave keys to our people that went to rooms already full.

• We weren't able to get two beds because of overbooking.

“This hotel was too full for the night, so they offered us a room with a king rather than two doubles, which didn't really work with our family of four. Then they offered to send us to a new motel right next door or to give us a crib and a bunch of blankets and pillows for the kids. We opted for that, but didn't end up getting more than two extra blankets and a pack and play. It worked for us, but pickier travelers probably would have been put out a bit. We enjoyed the motel stay. It was clean and comfortable. The kind bed was great for us adults!”

“In the middle of the night the fire alarms and lights went off 4 times within 3 hours, when I questioned the management about it they never replied to me. This was extremely uncomfortable, because when I called the front desk as the alarms were sounding they only replied that everything was okay, and I did not need to leave my room. I did not get any rest and the staff seemed less than cooperative. I will not stay and would not recommend that location to anyone, as I know that Hilton hotels are usually comfortable and generally have a wonderful staff. I cannot say that about this location.”

• The exterior doors required keys, thus increase my peace of mine.

• Fridge and microwave in room very clean great office chairs and internet connection loved the toiletries.
• $10 breakfast buffet? Not many breakfasts are worth $10.

“Most of the staff was very friendly the room was very comfortable and clean. A pillow top bed would have been nice the beds are pretty firm, but overall it was a great room and great value. I loved all the cool toiletries by Neutrogena.”
