• Large, clean rooms with excellent amenities.
• Ice machine on our floor did not work.

“Located near I-25, with easy access, this hotel was very quiet. Large rooms were tastefully appointed with coffee makers, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water along with very thick bath towels. The only negative to the room was no digital wall thermostat--you had to guess with rheostat controls on the below window heat/air unit. The hotel had a business center with free internet access. The hotel was also wireless compatible. Good work-out facility with an indoor pool and hot tub. Plenty of complementary parking at the hotel. There was also complementary coffee available 24 hrs/day in the lobby (with cookies at night!) Very good coffee selection in the morning--regular, de-caf and a good selection of tea bags. The hotel is located south of Denver, approximately a 20 minutes drive from downtown and 30 minutes or so from the airport. Excellent hotel if you do not mind 'being away' from things. If you have a vehicle, there are several eating establishments close to the hotel, and a decent selection just over the interstate to the west, within 1-1.5 miles from the hotel.”

“Great for business traveler with a car. There is nothing to do for families in or around hotel. Wireless worked on and off. No DVD hooks ups in the double/double room. Nice beds, linens and pillows, as well as refrigerator/microwave in every room.”

• The refrigerator & microwave is good. Very clean, spacious, nice chair to sit in for my back. The price!
• The third floor reeks of cigarette smoke. Only have sheet & cover on beds. The cover is really heavy.

• They screwed all of our rooms and gave keys to our people that went to rooms already full.

• We weren't able to get two beds because of overbooking.

“This hotel was too full for the night, so they offered us a room with a king rather than two doubles, which didn't really work with our family of four. Then they offered to send us to a new motel right next door or to give us a crib and a bunch of blankets and pillows for the kids. We opted for that, but didn't end up getting more than two extra blankets and a pack and play. It worked for us, but pickier travelers probably would have been put out a bit. We enjoyed the motel stay. It was clean and comfortable. The kind bed was great for us adults!”

“In the middle of the night the fire alarms and lights went off 4 times within 3 hours, when I questioned the management about it they never replied to me. This was extremely uncomfortable, because when I called the front desk as the alarms were sounding they only replied that everything was okay, and I did not need to leave my room. I did not get any rest and the staff seemed less than cooperative. I will not stay and would not recommend that location to anyone, as I know that Hilton hotels are usually comfortable and generally have a wonderful staff. I cannot say that about this location.”

• The exterior doors required keys, thus increase my peace of mine.
• The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey.

“Even though the dining was not ideal for our situation, and the location required some difficult Navigation, we had no other complaints. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. I would stay there again if the price were right.”

• Fridge and microwave in room very clean great office chairs and internet connection loved the toiletries.
• $10 breakfast buffet? Not many breakfasts are worth $10.

“Most of the staff was very friendly the room was very comfortable and clean. A pillow top bed would have been nice the beds are pretty firm, but overall it was a great room and great value. I loved all the cool toiletries by Neutrogena.”

“The hotel was clean but the service was really bad. When I checked in at 3 p.m., there was only 1 bed for 3 people. I asked for a roll away bed, he said he would make sure one was in my room. When we came back to the room at 10 p.m. there was no bed. The phone wasn't working, so we went to the desk. The lady there said they have been out of roll always since 6 p.m. Had they done this at 3 when we checked in it would have been fine. We had to go back to the front desk to ask for bedding so my son could sleep on the floor.”

“Hotel is in the middle of business center. Check in was very slow due to computer problems and short staffing. Room was nice, however, when we returned to our room later that night (around 11:30 p.m.), the floor by the air conditioning unit was wet, as the AC unit was leaking pretty badly. We called the front desk to advice and they said they would send someone up to look at it. 20 minutes later, no one had come to the door, so, my husband went to the front desk to talk to someone. When he opened the door, there was a stack of towels left there. We ended up being given a different room and had to change rooms. Unfortunately, this one had issues with the AC unit also as it was very loud when it would switch on and wake us up each time. All in all, it was not a restful night. I am not sure we would give this hotel another try or not.”

• A lot of space in the room.
• Location - for us it was way out of the way!

“This was a nice stay. It was out of the way for us. It was overall clean except for something on the bathroom wall. When I went to check out the front desk clerk was on the phone with a personal call and he had to stop and rest the phone on his shoulder to answer my questions. The woman that checked me in was pleasant but it seemed like I was bothering her and she rushed me through the process.”

“We was charged too much on my credit card for smoking in the room, We did not smoke in the room however that did not matter to them, They Took my money anyway. And was very rude about it and wouldnt hear anything I had to say. I will see them in court.”

• I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Although not always available, they were always friendly.
• They did not have enough staff at the front desk to adequately serve the guests. Waited and called front desk on more than one occasion.

“Fair price for the hotel. Definitely a better quality hotel compared to the same price I've paid to stay with other hotels. There is not much going on around the hotel other than corporate and real estate development so you have to drive if you want to do anything fun, eat at a family fun restaurant, or stop by a convenience store. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and friendly when we were able to reach them, the rooms were very clean and all came with refrigerators and free Internet.”

• No restaurant in the hotel only a $10 breakfast bar.

“We were delighted that we landed in the Hilton Garden Inn for the 2nd time. This hotel has beautifully furnished guestrooms and a lobby you want to linger in with comfortable couches and a cozy fireplace. The location is excellent with easy I-25 access, yet the beautifully landscaped business park that surrounds the hotel creates a park like setting. It was delightful to look out our window and see a flock of geese meandering across the lawns. Two visits, two very satisfying experiences.”

“This hotel was very clean, the clerks were very helpful, the room was well stocked with towels etc, the king bed was real good. In every way, it was as nice as any I have ever stayed in.”
